The place is a mess all the time, no prices on items and the stuff with prices is incorrect. Prince the cashier is always on his phone and never says a word to a customer but I've seen him yelling at other people that work there. I know it's 711 but have some iota of customer service.

It has one of those machines that make Starbucks type drinks!And it’s working right now. I’m honesty the store is on the dirtier side. They charge .50 or 1.00 JUST to put ice in any drink. There is no syrups to put in coffee and when I went the clerk didn’t speak to me just rang me up.

Came here for a quick top up on the way in to town. Shared parking lot with what looks like an auto repair shop. Only one of the pumps was down at the time & it was busy, but I was able to pull up right away. Area isn't the best, needs were taken care of, full tank, so the needs we had were met!

7/18/2023. This store is filthy. thought I would give them a try for coffee. Coffee is horrible, not fresh , coffee pots probably have never been cleaned. whole store is old , dirty an unorganized. I wouldn't touch any of the prepared food from this one.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Came here for the Tire Air machine as 2 other gas stations in the area had theirs out of order. This one is the strangest I have ever seen. There is no parking space for it and it's next to a handy cap space. The tire air machine is just sitting on a lump of grass by the curb and when paying the $2 fee it the said it wasn't working. Maybe start with telling me that??

I have been going to 7/11 for several years but I have to tell you the employee Marley at this store is the greatest ever!!! Every time I go into the store she greets me with a pleasant smile and a big hello. And if she is not ringing up customers she is always working so hard in the store. I have been to several 7/11's and most the employees are just sitting there on their rear ends on their phones or eating. Another great thing about her is that she always tells me about the items on sale. I have never had anyone tell me about the products on sale. And when I leave she always says that she hopes that I have a good day. And she listens to my favorite Johnny Cash on her radio, I love it.

Cashier girl working night shift is rude, doesn’t welcome you in store or say thank you. Instead, she looks at you like she has a problem that your in the store therefore, I will not shop at this store 711 as long as she works at this store.

typically the overnight clerk is nice and conversational. however tonight when i went early to get my items the clerk was rude and told me "damn very impatient huh bro?" when i simply pulled out my ID and debit card preemptively to make his job quicker and easier for him. yet despite that he was nothing but disrespectful in his response. and the secondary clerk at the time was purely dismissive of his unprofessional behavior.

My husband said the clerk was cool & very helpful while providing excellent customer service, especially while adjusting the receipt for purchases he made.

Great staff. I'm in here a few times per day and everyone is awesome. Nice, friendly, and warm. Well stocked and clean. My favorite 711 in the area.
