Who goes and buys something with a card, they keep your information, I live in upland and a few weeks ago I was in that location on vacation with my family and 3 weeks later they tried to use my card at that seven eleven, they are rubbish and the owner He is the one who makes his moves..... call the police if something similar happens to you because they are trying to steal everything but trying to see if they can do it with 1 dollar. Don't use a card going there, they will steal your money.

If I could do negative stars, I would. This location let someone charge my card 4 times for almost the exact same amount one after the other. By the 5th time, it was rejected. It said it was for groceries. What kind of store are you running there?

Went into 7-Eleven to purchase two packs of cigarettes had $.16 coming back to me but the lady behind the counter wanted to question “why I wanted my change and what good would that do for me”who the hell acts like that? Why do they feel like they’re entitled to my money

I bought things but then asked to use the restroom; they said they don't have one. What kind of 7-Eleven doesn't have a restroom for customers? They told me to go down the street and use the public park bathroom, but when I did, someone was sm*king things in there. I'd rather go to another convenient store.

This is my go-to place in the mornings to as it is very near my work. The people are great, all of them, especially Beth and the 2 owners.I need lots to drink as I work outside. For the past MONTH, their ice maker has not worked. C'mon, 7/11, get someone out there to fix this! These great people are losing business because you aren't getting out there. What the heck?!

How do u run out of ice in all your machine in the middle of the day in cool weather? Also why don't u have any other diet drinks in can form, other than diet cokes? yuck. There is 3 other 711 near me. Had to leave this one to go to another. Won't waste my te again. All I wanted was a cold drink.

I was a regular customer at this location when I lived in Escondido. I frequented this location 2 to 3 times a week. I worked at the Marie Callanders nearby and would bring pies to your employees because I greatly appreciated their customer service and their friendliness. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience I have ever had there. Your cashier who was working at 6:30 pm on 12-12- 2021 was extremely rude. I accidentally imputed my phone number incorrectly and he proceded to yell at me. Rather than be polite, and help me, he was rude and inconsiderate. He told me he didn't like people who ignore him. I wasn't ignoring him, I was merely trying to figure out why my phone number was not being accepted. He continued to raise his voice and made me feel totally unwelcome. I said to him, I am sorry you are having a bad day, then I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me saying are you trying to make me lose my job. I am not one to complain, but I have the option to go to other locations near my home, and I chose to go to your location because I have always felt at home there. Whoever he is, I hope you give him a lesson in customer service, because I will not be back anytime soon.
