I give it 5 stars because of the always friendly welcome Spencer gives when I enter the store. He gives 7/11 the feel of a neighborhood corner shop. He always remembers my usual order and has it waiting for me on the counter. He is the reason I come to this 7/11.

Near my home one block away. Very fast and convenient and all of this month you can get 10 chicken wings for five dollars using your 7-Eleven rewards. Very tasty.

Came under new ownership last year. I live pretty much between this 7-11 and another one, but hardly ever come to this one anymore- these guys don't appear to be participating with Door Dash or grub hub, which I use regularly. They don't have a broad enough selection most of the time, frequently out of my favorites.
