3rd time I've been short changed. This time $20, cashier said I didn't give him anything. I went to the beach that day, so I only brought one $20 and some one's. I never went into the water. 7-11 was the only stop I made, that day. Plenty of parking at this location, with a nice atmosphere.

Middle aged Indian woman working the counter is purposely mean spirited, actively rude, and dishonest. She seems to take pleasure in harming customers. I've been going ger for 15+ years & today she ripped me off for the third time and took relish in being cruel about. This business relies on our desperation to patronize them out of convenience. Stop giving them your money. They are bad people and seem proud to ruin your day, because they feel impunity about being the owners.The Indian woman was intentionally impatient and unkind to a special needs customer in front of me and it was so dishonorable.

Every now and then, you are on the run and there is nothing quite like a convenience store. I decided to write a 7-Eleven review for #711. It kind of sums up the year. Sometimes you want something fast and don't want to go to a large store just to wait in line. I like this location, as it's close to one of my favorite nail shops and coffee stops, real convenience. I went in for to pick up holiday lottery tickets for the Christmas stockings (all adults and animals in our world). Well, no winners for 2020, but I'm sure I'll be back to find the reliable slurp and maybe a winning ticket one day. Cheers to 2021 everyone! #YelpElite #7Eleven #Review711 #Unlucky2020

I live up the street and come here all the time. The young kid at the counter is always outside smoking cigarettes while I'm constantly waiting at the counter. I'm only complaining now because it's happen quite a few times and not only do you have to tolerate the disgusting smell of smoke as you walk in but you have to wait for him to finish. I thought you get breaks for these sort of things?? and please smoke your cancer stick in the back. We're dealing with the coronavirus right now. I don't appreciate the the lack of effort from this establishment. The other issue with this same employee is the coffee. I come and grab coffee all the time and he's the only one I ever have issue with hazelnut coffee being made. He said he's out of hazelnut coffee because not many people order it so he doesn't make it , but they are always out and cold. I'll make the coffee for you bro.... it's not that hard.

This is the worst of all the 711s in the area. They don't honor any of the national promos (like $1 any size coffee). Drive a little bit further to a better location.

Wow. Terrible. I brought the item up to the counter. It was on sale. The lady behind the counter argued with me and said it wasn't and insisted on charging me full price. I went back to the shelf and grabbed the sign that stated the sale started today. She continued to insist I was wrong. DO NOT GO HERE. She was extremely rude and argumentative over pennies. Go to another 7-11 that has good customer service. They are individually owned - these owners obviously don't care about their customers!

Worst 711 ever! Went in to get a special Deadpool slurpee in a collectors cup and straw for our son. The lady was super rude and we asked if they had the special straws. She said yes so we paid and asked for the straw she just stared at us and said oh yea we don't have those! After we had paid!! Didn't even apologize or anything. Super shady!! Will not come here again especially side we can go to another one right down the street.

Came here to fill up propane tank. 1 gallon tank and they have a 5 lb minimum. So if you just need 2 lbs they will charge you for at least 5 lbs. at around $4 a lb, it's over $22. Tank exchange is $25.... hmm....

This place has great customer service, you go into any other and the people don't even seem to like working there lol. They are always happy and smiling and their manager helps I see. I think his name is Fonzi. They have a relationship with the customers and my fiancé loves getting his coffee from here and I love my slurpees!

I went in there bought nachos and when I was putting the free chili and cheese the owner came over to me and said I was putting too much chili and cheese on my nachos but it's free. Then he had the nerve to tell me to not come back to the store even though it is free to put chili and cheese on my nachos.

So after moving from San Diego to Escondido and have lived here for 8 months i thought that i could still buy my Marlboro Red Label shorts by what everybody else is charging, as many smokers know that some times you get 50 cents of a pack when buying as it is also stated on the package because of the manufacturer incentives, i was happy when i moved to Escondido and found this Seven Eleven so close to my House but just to figure out that the owner is ripping people off and pocketing the 50 cents for him self, i usually buy 2 packs per day when i go there, so that is about $1.20 every time i have went there for smokes, that means that he have ripped me off for $288 for the period of 8 months! I am actually planing to do a complaint but don't know where. How ever they are also rude when you are trying to tell them that they overcharged you. Some one with some authority should look in to this complains that is on the Yelp review as it seams that i am not alone to be ripped off. so from today i am going somewhere else for my smokes!!
