“Simple, efficient and knowledgeable execution of USPS post processing. This represents my first and recent experience with them. Requirements and options were clearly presented. Minimised my time and it was appreciated.”
“I mostly go to this UPS store to drop off Amazon returns and packages that I prepay postage for. They are great - always fast, friendly service. One day, I needed a box for an item, so I was going to send the package at the same time. I was quoted $70 to send this 3 pound box. I declined, and went home and entered the package info into Pirate Ship, and the cheapest price for UPS was $23! I will continue to go there for drop-offs, but now I know better than to buy postage there.”

“Ok, I had so many errands to run on the day I dropped off a birthday package for my cousin. So frustrated with all the things I had to do on my list, I forgot to bring my wallet. The young man behind the counter said: No problem we can use your banking card on your phone. When that work, he suggested that I leave the package there go home and call him with the card information. I did and he told me that my cousin’s birthday package would arrive on Tuesday but it arrived a day early. I was pleased with the customer service and my cousin was thrilled and surprised. Amazing customer service. I love this store.”
“I like this place for making copies and sending EBAY packages. Give them my memory stick and they print the label right away. I made the mistake of trying another place closer to me, and they told me my memory stick would not work. Went to Postal Connections right after and had no problem whatsoever. I may have to drive a little farther, but it's worth the drive. Great customer service, everyone is very friendly and treat you good. Highly recommend.”

I have had to use their notary services several times, and they have always done everything correctly and have never had any issues with any of the documents they handled for me. “I cannot let the day go by without mentioning well deserved appreciation for excellent customer service! I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember. I will be referring customers to you, and I will certainly be back to spend more money there.”
“Maritza is by farrr the best mail carrier in the nation. Not only is she extremely informative about all aspects of her job, she takes pride in giving great service. She also has good timing. She's ALWAYS moving quicky to get us our mail in a timely manner.I've had a conversation with her here and there and she's so kind. She never complains about the work load (which I'm sure they have a lot, especially during the holiday season) and I'm always greeted with a smile. Me and my neighbors are lucky to have such a nice mail carrier.”

“My husband and I went to Staples to pick up a few small odds and ends for our home office and to pick up some crayons for the children at the Modesto Gospel Mission. I was happy to find that Staple's prices matched Walmart's sale prices on school items, so I also picked up notebooks, file folders and stick-on labels. As I walked the aisles looking for more bargains, my husband sat in one of their office chairs. I ended up needing help to find the last item on my list and was approached by a nice man with a very easygoing manner. He led me right to the item I was looking for. As we pushed our cart passed the chair my husband had been sitting in, my husband said it was the most comfortable office chair he had ever sat in. Turned out that the chair was also on sale. We were having a little difficulty getting the tag for the chair out of the plastic pocket, and the same young man walked by telling us we didn't need the ticket- that he'd take care of it. And he did! He called on another employee to get the chair; we got everything at the sale prices; helped me to download the Staple's app for even more savings (I'm in my 70s and not computer savvy); and was patient and helpful in every aspect of our purchase. My husband and I want to send a BIG "Thank you!" to Mason at the Riverbank Staples. You made our day!”
“This is the only post office I've ever interacted with, but I had no issues here, and in fact was given help on the size of box id need for my shipment. Their was a bit of a line, but nothing that would cause an inconvenience. Easy to find parking.”

“I've been going to this business for many years, sending money to my family both in Hong Kong and the Philippines, shipping large packages overseas, and even getting phone cards. The money transfer rates are way cheaper then anywhere else in Modesto, plus it's quick. If to the Philippines, they even send a person to the recipients door. I've sent over $45,000 through them over time, with no problems. The owner also speaks tagalong if needed, plus you can contract a karaoke or DJ service from them, rent tagalong movies, and even buy low cost plane tickets to the Philippines. Only place like it in Modesto.”
