Just moved in to town unfortunately our vehicle has some issues so we wanted to support a local business rather than going to our normal place in Manteca. Called MULTIPLE times just for a quote to NEVER hear from them at all! Read reviews on here and simply don’t believe the “great customer service” part. Part of customer service is communication which they clearly don’t have. It’s sad because we really wanted to give our new town businesses a chance. We will just definitely not with them!

Was on our way to Yosemite with family and relatives and unfortunately had a mishap with our rental car’s battery. We were almost stranded at a local gas station. One quick search in the area and Main Street Garage came up as recommended nearby. Mike picked up my phone call and had the exact battery we needed. They tested our starter, alternator, and battery for free. Service was absolutely amazing. We were on our way in no time! Minimal downtime and amazing people.Highly recommended!

This place does not mind losing your business. Communication and meeting expectations are a real opportunity for this place. I have given them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions, so its partially my fault that I allowed this shop to waste my time and cost me income. Sometimes when a repair shop has more business than they need, you see competitive pricing and customer service go right out the window. Exceeding your expectations does not seem to be their priority at all.If you're looking for a fair deal and for repairs to be completed when promised, you might want to go somewhere else.(My opinion is based on 33 years in the automotive industry)Service: General repairs & maintenance
