“My husband and I came here for a cooking dinner demonstration the other night. Sat around a large U shaped counter with about 12 other guests. It was awesome!It was themed Lebanese Cuisine. Chef Stef was super nice and very knowledgeable. She explained the food and various ways you could prepare it. She already prepared a traditional hummus which was perfection! So smooth and creamy. Then she made tabbouleh which was so fresh and delicious. The main dish was Chicken Shawarma Fattoush Salad with a side of Toum sauce. It was amazing! So so good!! The flavor profile was epic, I loved it. I've never had Toum and I now want to put it on everything!For dessert she made Baklawa, not Baklava... but Baklawa. She explained the differences. It was the best I've ever had.We had a great time! It was a unique date night at a super cute place with amazing food by Chef Stef. Best of all she shares her recipes so you can try and recreate the dinner at home. I will be coming back for another one! I can't wait to come back and spend more time shopping in the store as well.”
