Vineyard Pharmacy & Gifts is located in the Mar-Val Main Street Market Shopping Center on McHenry, in the build on the North side of the parking lot, perpendicular to Mar-Val. Parking is generous and the area isn't often busy so you can usually park right in front of the doors.Vineyard Pharmacy is our go-to pharmacy because of the owner/pharmacist Cathryn. She is, without a doubt, one of the nicest and most helpful professionals you will ever encounter. She accepts all of those discount Rx cards, and is included on most insurance plans (not Kaiser, obviously.) Her cash prices for many prescriptions are better than my insurance co-pay, and she is a preferred pharmacy for the Medicare Advantage plan my parents use, so she gets the business of our whole family.She usually has one or two techs working with her, so turn around on prescriptions is often within an hour unless it is something she's run out of stock on, and that usually gets delivered to her within a day.There is a small assortment of over-the-counter products offered, and the 'gifts' are a slim assortment of items spread across the front half of the store; but Vineyard is really Pharmacy first and foremost, and in my opinion the best I've ever gone to.She is associated with Good Neighbor Pharmacy [mygnp.com], which allows you to do some things online, but I've never used it. They answer their phones fast. They also will do curb side pickup, all you do is call that you are parked out front and they'll come to you.

Excellent customer service, and excellent prices, what more could you ask for?! I took my dog to the veterinarian just up the street from this wonderful pharmacy, they called in some medications when I was leaving, and a few minutes later when I arrived at Vineyard Pharmacy, everything was ready for pick up, all for a lower price of than I was expecting!

Vineyard Pharmacy is the perfect place! They know you by name and actually care. My adult daughter went to urgent care on a Saturday during flu season and actually had the flu, she was so sick. I went to get her meds and Catherine (the actual pharmacist) called on Sunday, they are closed, just to see how she was doing and if she needed anything, that is only one example of many. Catherine is the most caring person I have met and to me that's who we want when it comes to our health!!! Pick Vineyard!!!

All of the people were friendly, the selection was good and they had some great gifts. Overall the staff helped me with what I needed and I felt genuinely cares for.
