“I had made the mistake of ordering a spray for my uncle's Celebration of Life from an online florist website 2 days before his service. On the afternoon before, I asked my cousin if it had arrived that day as I had ordered. It had not. Frantic, the night before the Service, I was looking up Modesto Florists. I called Flowers by Alis at 9 AM, an hour before it opened. She answered and said, "Yes, she could make the Spray by noon!" Everyone agreed, it was absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much, Alis, for your speedy and exquisite work!”
“I needed a last minute arrangement delivered to a hospital not local to me. I found Country Shelf Floral with a quick florist search and I'm so glad I did! Their prices are so reasonable I questioned if it was a legitimate site at first. I went ahead and placed my order and within three minutes a received a call from the sweetest woman who advised me I addressed the recipient card in a way the hospital would not accept and she helped me get it correct. The flowers were delivered the very next day with no issues and were just gorgeous and worth every penny. I really don't ever care to leave reviews but the quality and customer service deserved the extra attention!!”

While I'd never do either as that's someone's business. Just wanted them to be aware of the product delivered. In reading all the yelps clearly my order was unique as this is not their norm. “Willow Floral Design accommodated a bouquet and boutonnière for our wedding and went above and beyond. The payment process was super easy. They were super quick at emailing. I’m from out of state and they called me wanting to know exactly what I envisioned which was such a reliever instead of just looking at a inspo photo. Everything turned out so fresh and so beautiful I couldn’t have asked for anything more. 10/10 I highly recommend them to anyone local or out of state. Thank you so much for everything!”

“Did a same week order to get a nice arranagement for my aunt's funeral services. The owner took my order. He was gentle, kind and very attentive. Joseph was also very empathetic about our recent loss and he expressed his condolences them moment I told him I was ordering for my aunt's funeral. I had called the funeral home first to check on the hours of delivery and if someone would be present to receive my aunt's flower arrangement. I then called Joseph back to coordinate and confirm the time for the delivery to the funeral home and he did exactly what we had arranged for him to do. The arrangment was beautiful and displayed very elegantly. I made my own ribbon with what I wanted the message to read, but he added the paper message with my order. It was all nice and my family and I were grateful for his talent with making the order on such a short notice and making it look perfect for her final farewell.”
