I went in with issues of knocking and heavy vibrations just prior to a drive to TX. They were kind enough to get me in for diagnostics and found damaged and transmission mounts. They got them in the next day and resolved my issues just in time for my trip! Huge thanks to them for taking care of me!

Great service. Very friendly people. Tow truck dropped my truck off. Escalon transmission was fast to look at what was wrong with my truck and fix the problem. They kept me informed every step of the way of what was happening with my truck. Got my work truck back very fast, which was very important to me since this is my everyday work truck. Highly recommend Escalon Transmission to anyone that needs work done.

I was not the kindest as I came in an hour before closing without having scheduled an appointment.Despite that, they let me check in my car that was leaking in the tail end of the transmission. In the course of a few days they isolated the problem, fixed it, it has not leaked again, and for a really great price compared to estimates I was getting online.On top of that, they regularly call to update you every step of the way and get approval before continuing, while being very kind and friendly all the while.

I had my transmission rebuilt on my F250 2015.I was very impressed with their quick response of getting my truck in and out.My experience was they were very professional and reliable. They told me what would be done and then did what they said.My opinion is they went above and beyond on getting my work truck back on the road.I highly recommend Escalon Transmission.Thank you.

These folks were very honest and professional when I came in. I was having issues with my vehicle and they let me know that I was still under warranty for a service I had done previously at a different shop. They also assured me that if I needed assistance with anything further down the line they’d be happy to help.UPDATE:I got the run around at the other shop. I was so stressed thinking I was going to have to purchase another vehicle or pay an outlandish amount for that place to repair it. I decided to have the Escalon Transmission team take a look at it to just get a second opinion. I went into the shop and Sara truly listened to my concerns. Their team was able to pinpoint what was damaged and needed to be replaced. They did so quickly and at a great cost. I was even shown an exploded diagram of which piece it was and how it functioned within the transmission which I appreciated. I would genuinely recommend this shop because of their honesty and integrity.I included a picture of one of the bearings that were cracked and got replaced. So far they have been great. Sara has been very welcoming and pleasant to talk to with getting scheduled to bring my truck in. The mechanic is very knowledgeable and talked with me to see what I was needing and wanted. He made recommendations, which I was very happy with. It is in their shop now to have the work done. When I learned that they also repair the rearends as well as transmission, I was happy as my truck needs a new rearend. I love that ita a one stop shop.
