Recently my catalytic converter was stolen off of my ford excursion 04 (they also sliced my transmission line in the process) so I decided after finishing the oil change that I’d jump under the truck and get to work. Tyler perfectly identified which line it was (there are 2). I needed the one that runs to the radiator and he knew that. I appreciate the culture that has continued here at the Escalon location and I will always come here for all my automotive needs.”
