“Went to Epicurus Gourmet to pick up some beef tallow and was surprised with everything they had to offer. They have cooking products from all over the world as well as beautiful steaks and fish. Wholesale prices too which is nice. The beef tallow was actually cheaper there than it was from Fatworks. Definitely worth checking out if you like to cook.”

“The only thing that I don’t like about Costco in Van Nuys is the crowds shopping there, particularly from Friday thru Sunday. The produce, dairy & baked goods are all well managed. However, individual items tend to have their location changed at random times. I found talking to a Floor Manager in the front really helps. My roommate listed items that were not in stock or are found only during the Holiday Season.”

“The people here were helpful when I needed a new fan blade for my ac unit, which is old and hard to find. They took measurements of it and suggested a few places where I could find the one I needed. I was able to get the new fan blade and now my ac is working again. Would go to Grainger again for any future parts and supplies.”
“"Ordered 2 ceiling recessed lighting. It seems like one of the units the wires aren’t soddered correctly and the other unit the lighting strip is twisted. Customer service seems to give a run around saying they were tested and we pulled on it. That’s absolutely false I opened the box with my contractor the wires weren’t even soddered. Still waiting on a reasonable response from customer service. Given the number of reviews of poor quality I’m not surprised. After my issues i decided to escalate to the salesman's boss. I spoke to Michelle the customer experience manager. Dealing with her was a pleasure. She was efficient and communicated with me very well. All my issues were rectified and the lights look beautiful”
