Wells Fargo has been busted for opening up fraudulent accounts, committing mortgage fraud. Wells Fargo has agreed to pay $3 billion to settle criminal charges and a civil action stemming from its widespread mistreatment of customers in its community bank over a 14-year period, the Justice Department announced on Friday. From 2002 to 2016, employees used fraud to bolster their incomes. Avoid banking at Wells Fargo. Wells is rotten to the core. I wired in money to my account to buy a boat. I called the Wells call center to arrange to pick up the cash. The Wells call center called several branches for me but the branches phones would go to messages that the branches were not picking up their phones. So, I tried calling the branches directly; same result--not picking up their phones. Next, I go to my local branch. The teller was nice at first and started working to give me my money and acted like it would be no problem. Then the branch manager comes over after 5 minutes and decides not to give me my money and claims the wired in money has not posted yet. I saw online that the money posted to my account more than an hour before I got there; I went to the trouble of wiring in the money early that morning from my other bank in the Midwest. The branch manager did not say that they did not have the cash. SO, THIS WAS JUST BIZARRE. I go back home and call the Wells call center again and this time the guy got through to another Wells branch in my area. The branch manager and the guy at the call center agree that my wired in money posted hours earlier and they would give me my cash. I go there and it is not very busy. I get to a teller's window and ask for my cash and tell her that the branch manager knows I am coming in. The branch manager was on a call. I ask the teller to just show her the paperwork and she will OK it; she knew I was coming in. The teller refused to do this. Finally the branch manager gets off the phone and comes and OKs my cash and they give me my cash. This whole ordeal was ridiculous and took 3 hours. I have had an account at Wells Fargo for over 15 years and have never even bounced a check. After factoring in the recent scandals of employees opening fraudulent accounts in existing customers names and mortgage fraud, I have decided to never to do business with Wells Fargo again. How was my money available then not available then available again. TRULY BIZZARE! Why wouldn't the first branch manager give me my money? Why did she brazenly lie about the status of my money?

During a time of pandemic, you would think this branch would have added tellers to avoid the long lines and social distancing. But no, there are only 2 tellers and a long line! Don't come here if you want to wait!

While in line I could easily hear personal information and private information discussed by a representative and a customer at a desk.

Best Wells Fargo! I love this location- I've never had to stand in line more than 2 or 3 minutes, everyone is always friendly and helpful. Definitely a world of a difference between this Wells Fargo and the other Wells Fargo in Encino. Parking is always easy- plenty of parking in the building and they validate.

Avoid this location if possible. The wait is beyond ridiculous and the staff is incompetent and the teller almost deposited my cash in the wrong account. There's employees standing around talking to the people standing in line- while there is a long line (almost to the door). Their excuse was that a few tellers were out to lunch. They can't get 1 or 2 of those people sitting at their desks doing nothing to go behind a teller window to get the line moving? I was in line for 20 minutes and when I left the line was even longer than when I got there. What a waste of time! So disappointed in Wells Fargo for not having better quality control. Parking- usually parking isn't too hard to find since this bank is in a shopping center but afternoons it gets crowded and you might have to go around a few time to get a spot.

Yesterday, I needed to get plane tickets for Germany. I ended up having to take cash out of my bank and deposit it into my mother-in-law's account at Wells Fargo for reasons too stupid to discuss here. What's important here is that when we got to Wells Fargo Encino Main branch, Dinah greeted us warmly and directed us to the teller. When I mentioned my concern about making sure the card limit was high enough for the plane tickets to go through (which my bank couldn't do - switching to Wells Fargo very soon), she made sure my m-i-l and I sat down with the branch manager, Gohar Gazaryan. Not only did she clear the card limit, she verified and updated all m-i-l's information and had us wait at her desk with her until the ticket transactions had cleared so we wouldn't have any problems. I haven't felt so cared for by a bank in a very long time. I'll be there after this trip to set up my own account.

I had a great experience at this location today I was at a couple of West Fargo locations were unable to solve my problem Diana When beyond her point to help me out Did a couple up Calls in multiple things she did To help me Out with my Wells Fargo credit card She is very professional and full of knowledgeI would like to say thank you to all the great stuff even the manager on duty Was greatI will highly recommend this particular locationFor their outstanding Great customer service Thank you guys for all your hard work

i like this location a lot, I have had some of the best conversations with the security guard or bankers. Everyone who works here is very kind and tries their best to get you in and out as fast as possible. There is a very welcoming vibe about this place.
