Came to this branch at about 4:50 in the afternoon. I had a bunch of rolled coins that I wanted to deposit. I dealt with an older bald middle eastern looking man who was SO rude! I don't know how he is working the teller line with his nasty condescending attitude. This was my first time bringing rolled coins into a bank so I didn't know what the procedure was like. I had about 10 rolled coins and about a couple hundred lose pennies. He looked at me and instantly said that he couldnt do the pennies. Ok fine, but do you have to be a jerk about it? Then he started sorting the rolled coins and determined that a couple of them where not done correctly and refused to even deal with the rest of them. He arrogantly told me to go to a Coin Star. He could have politely advised me what he found wrong and why, But he decided to speak down to me while making sure I felt shamed. After that he went to the back and gave me some penny wrappers (which I asked for) as he gave it to me, he said "you're welcome" before I can even say thank you.If you're reading this, you are one NASTY disgusting person! Wells Fargo failed in putting you face to face with customers. You need to work in the back where you have no contact with customers! You give the brand of Wells Fargo a bad name. Are you that inferior that speaking down to a customer makes you feel 10 feet tall?? Are you suffering from small man syndrome? Go crawl under the rock you came from! You are arrogant and disgusting and have no place in customer service! You're probably a product and how you were raised if this is how you can treat people.

During a time of pandemic, you would think this branch would have added tellers to avoid the long lines and social distancing. But no, there are only 2 tellers and a long line! Don't come here if you want to wait!
