Halle has a beautiful phonetic voice at the front desk....and Chad Warrick was excellent in his knowledge per questions that I had regarding my purchase...He was extremely easy and pleasant to too speak with...I chose to wire cash over directly instead of purchasing the watch through one of their 3rd party sights to save a little money...I was a tad nervous about the wire transfer but in the end I have my new Zenith watch exactly as described at and absolutely great price!....It was delivered to my home Fed-Ex in less than 24 hours to Poconos, Pennsylvania..... I "Googled" Rolex and Breitling and there is was... a rare Bentley GT that I was looking for!After asking everyone to excuse me, I immediately left a message on the Essential website to secure the watch. Even though it was just after 9 am on a Sunday in LA, Fred Brown called me, put the watch on hold and we completed the sale the next day.Outstanding service - the watch was everything it was promised to be - including original box/manuals and recent factory service documents.Fred was "Essential" to getting this done including complicated shipping details as I just HAD to have the watch shipped to me in Boston.Fred and his team in CA and NJ would have SIX stars if that was a Google rating. “Unfortunately, I grabbed my box chain necklace with my shirt at the same time to sneeze ? under my shirt. Needed to get it fixed as it was a cherished gift from a family member. Spoke to Pauline, who said she could get it repaired in two days. She was very nice and I believe their prices are reasonable. It was $15 to repair the chain. Parking is limited, but I had no problem finding a space during the week.”
