This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The only person that is helpful is Elmira, when she's not there it's an awful experience with delays, attitude and poor customer service.

I must say hands down to the Pharmacy and Marisol. I've had my Moderna booster a few months ago came back couple weeks ago and I must say hands down to Marisol she's helped me out a few times explains precisely , in Person or by Drive through about my medicine to me. Has a great attitude , she's Made this Walgreens one of My Family's Best.

I read that others have had issues with them. I primarily use their pharmacy. That's what this review is about. I depend on their professionalism to warn me of special issues I must be aware if I am to use some new medication. They will spend the time to advise me, and I appreciate their information

Unfortunately, there is no option to put zero starts for this idiotic store with uneducated employees. I came to this store to buy a pack of cigarets 1 day after my 50th birthday. Yes, I am that old. This is my neighborhood store where I go to buy almost everything, including prescriptions. The lady at the checkout denied a purchase claiming that my I'd had expired. I showed her electronic renewal but no avail. How stupid can the employee be. The law requires ID with age over 21. Employee denies sale when proper documents are shown. Boo..... go work elsewhere. No way I will go back there again. Horrible customer service. Horrible, uneducated employee. Hope this store will close.

Pharmacy. October 5, 2022 Natasha works as a pharmacy technician. She denied that I had any prescriptions with Walgreens, I had no renewals on my prescription and then told me I would have to bring in a paper prescription. As we all know, prescriptions are done electronically these days, and not only had my physician sent in the orders but Walgreens sent me a text telling me they both were ready for pick up. I requested her supervisor, Marisol, who retrieved the two prescriptions. Natasha was angry, hostile and intimidating. She proceeded to literally scream at me from behind my back while I was speaking to the pharmacist retrieving my prescriptions. She later walked past the cosmetic cashier where I was standing to announce "That's the one." What is wrong with being civil and polite? The customer should not be bullied and harassed by the employee who was not trained to retrieve prescriptions in a pharmacy. As of this time, although the manager, Phil told me he would check into the situation and call me back the next day. Of course, he didn't. I have called him twice for follow up and 3 days later he has not done anything. Reading through previous reviews, there is obviously a turnover of employees so do not expect the same respect and efficiency of previous employees. This is a whole new crew!

Hey Yelpers! Ready for the Keep it Real guy! Lets get after at! I know you all want to know why the one star review? Well look at all of the other poor reviews for this location, Im not alone! Now I want to make clear the staff are all polite, and courteous, some more helpful than others. My complaint is when you have to use their restrooms, you will always get a response there out of order!! Today the Pharmacist told me they had plumbing issues. That was told to me 4 weeks ago! Are there any plumbers in Los Angeles California??? Today another employee had told its Saturday they wont be cleaned until Monday, so they cannot be used! Strange responses?? You bet!! Now CVS right down the street a big beautiful store. restrooms kept like a Hospital always available. I also want to add when the restrooms at Walgeens Encino had been open, they were very dirty and unkept! They looked like a restroom you would find at a gas station when you get off the freeway! I dont think they use a restroom service company, the staff will clean them and not often may I ad! Well there is CVS, Rite Aide all close by its your choice!! This location in my opinion suffers from very poor management it always starts at the top!!! Thats all folks. JR,

I came to this Walgreens to get my covid booster shot. This was the only Walgreens that had the Moderna which is why I picked this location. I made my appointment online so I would recommend that to speed up the process. They also validate your parking so don't worry about paying for parking. The people working at the pharmacy were really nice so just be patience with them and understanding because they are overworked. This Walgreens location look pretty decent inside, no items were on the floor and it's in a good area. I got my parking pass validate at the cashier near the back entrance. They also have a drive thru pickup for the pharmacy as well so I believe you can get your parking lass validate through there as well.

The worst experience with getting drive through covid tests. They are consistently delayed. A five minute swab will have you sitting in your car for 30-45 minutes. Find another place to go. Totally unacceptable.

Justin at Walgreens doesn't know how to speak to people. He should not be customer or patient facing. I will never go near that store again.

Sadly to say, my neighborhood Walgreens is going down the drain and what a depressing place this is. Don't expect customer service, as a matter of fact there is no customer's service. I came here to do passport photos and return $3.99 hair mousse which I bought by mistake, thinking it was hair spray. The cashier Dom told me I have to go back to the store I bought it from (in Florida!) hahaha... I had an expired receipt because it was in my car and I didn't feel urgency to make a stop at Walgreens... When I asked for a manager I was ran in circles, after I waited in line for a long time. It took me 30 minutes to get no where. Finally assistant manager "Leslie", said "you can't return it after 30 days" Never followed up on passport photos. Dom, the cashier told me I can come back tomorrow and talk to the store manager. This is insane!!! It's the principal people. You let some people walk out with merchandise without any actions, and your patrons you treat like crap. I will NEVER shop at Walgreens again and transferring my prescription to CVS.
