MARCUS SAVED MY MONTH!!! I have been to 5 other verizon stores including the corporate store in moorpark and literally not a single person cared about helping me except this dude. He sat with me from 10am-3pm figuring out what the issue was, calling multiple corporate/customer service lines, and doing everything he could to make sure I was happy. He said he had just started that month and clearly had not gotten a ton of training (not his fault, def management) and he problem solved and trouble shouted with me until it was all set and I had my new phone and watch. Even the manager in the store was a little dismissive and was more preoccupied with taking more customers, but marcus stayed with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or inconvenient. I nearly broke down in a verizon store before this last shot but thankful I didn’t. GIVE MARCUS A RAISE

Horrible service, I went there to troubleshoot some issue with my phone and the minute the guy understood that there is no sale and it's technical issue he told me he can't help. Had no patience at all. Don't waste your time going in there.

Avoid this store at all costs. They are not a Verizon Corporate Store and mislead you with false information. Extremely poor customer service. Refused to honor their words and Verizon return policy. I had to spend few hours on phone and go to a corporate store to have my issue addressed. They are awful; go to a corporate store and avoid this store and its employees at all cost.

Jake Skidell was the absolute best! I came in to ask questions about a new phone for my mom and we both walked out with a new phone. He was very patient and attentive by answering all of our questions. He also helped other people standing in line. He loves what he does and likes to help customers .

I hardly write reviews but tonight for sure called for one. I went to the Verizon store in Encino (store 153 Encino) and Jacob S saved the day. All of the sudden my phone said SOS and invalid SIM card out of nowhere. I have 3 kids and for obvious reasons need a working phone. Jacob took so much time helping me trouble shoot. We tried many things with the last try a new SIM-worked! Thank you so much Jacob for taking the time and not rushing me out the door even though it was the end of the day. I am really thankful for your incredible customer service!!

Left ATT to get better service here. So far the experience has been great - easy process to get two phone lines, staff is professional and friendly. You can tell they trained the staff well here when comparing the ATT staff I had in the past, which they made a ton of mistakes and were not willing to fix the problem they created.

Worst service I've ever had in my life.Alex with the nose ring and little hoop earrings was blatantly uninterested in helping me turn service on a newly purchased iPhone. He tried once and said it was carrier locked so I called Apple and they walked me thru the steps so it would work for him. He sat on the bench scrolling Instagram and I asked him to try again, he told me he already did. I said can u please stop scrolling social media and try again? I'm currently on call with Apple and that's what they said to do. He told me that he's not doing me any favors with that attitude! What favors?!? It's his job! I'm a Verizon customer, all he has to do is type 10 numbers in but he's too busy just surfing the web to do his job. My mind is blown by how horrible a business can be run.

Worst experience ever, just trying to get some help with the activation of a replacement phone and the rude guy just said call the number...he doesn't even try when it doesn't relate to a sale, it's not our only bad experience with this store but we tried because of location convenience... never again, maybe the company should be aware of the customer service people gets from places like this, if there was a zero star rare, they would get it from me.
