I'll start by saying WOW! From the very start, Sal the owner was a pleasure to work with. I really liked a chair that was a motorized recliner but the wood frame didnt come in black that i wanted. Sal was very kind and helpful from the beginning. We only talked on the phone, as i live in Phoenix. He said he would get the chair, take it completely apart, strip the finish and restain it to black. He sent me several samples on small wood pieces. He then put it back together and shipped it to me. It turned out incredible. Sal is a true craftsman with attention to detail that is almost nonexistent these days! His communication was over the top. If you need anything that Sal can provide in his shop, he is the "real deal." People like Sal that provide this kind of expertise are very hard to find. Thanks Sal for everything! Rob

My mom and I just had the best experience at Valley Leather. She wanted to purchase a new leather sectional for her den that would be comfortable and stylish. First they have a wonderful selection. It's always nicer to see the options in person than in a picture. You can imagine it in your house so much better. Second they have a ton of leather options. You can customize to your heart's content. Third, Sal, the owner is just the nicest person. He walks you through everything. Gives you every option he can on a particular piece. The prices are amazing given the quality of the product. Also you can tell Sal is there to get you what you want at a price you can afford. He's a small business owner that you want to support. So I highly recommend him to anyone looking to spruce up their place with a lovely couch or sectional. Come support a neighborhood spot. Totally five stars!

Sal have reupholstered our couch twice first in 2005 and now 2023. His customer service is excellent and the quality above and beyond our expectations, that is why we went back to him. The price is totally fair and we want to highly recommend him!

Love Valley Leather!!! Several years ago, I brought in a picture of a leather chesterfield made by a major chain store that I refused to buy from any more since their customer service was terrible and products weren't always of the quality you would expect given the prices. Sal and Lorraine custom-made the sofa and it was exquisite...and still looks gorgeous years later. Most recently, I brought in an inspiration photo of a velvet covered sofa. Sal and I went through exactly what I liked and also what I would like to change about the inspiration piece...and now have 2 absolutely stunning (matching) sofas. The quality is TOP SHELF. Best people and great designers...highly recommend!

Umpteen years ago, we bought three easy chairs and ottomans from Sal at Valley Leather. Over the years they became worn and dirty as they are used nearly every day. Last month I drove by Valley Leather and chatted with Sal. He had a filing cabinet with our original order from that day years ago. Sal came by the house, looked at the chairs and pointed out that we'd need new cushion padding also. I agreed with the reasonable price. Now, I don't believe in miracles, but Sal sent Mike out to our house to clean the chairs, recushion the seats and rebuild under the chairs. Mike and his helper came out and three hours later I had three new chairs. No new leather, just rebuilt, recushioned and cleaned. All at a reasonable price. Sal, your Mike is a miracle worker. Reader, buy from an honorable man who loves what he does and shows it!!!

I wanted to purchase an IMG loveseat but I live in Hawaii and IMG has no local sales representative here. So I researched options on the West Coast and Sal at Valley Leather offered me the best deal. IMG is based in Europe and they had supply chain issues so I had to wait a very long time to actually receive the order, but Valley Leather was good about responding promptly with my periodic requests for updates. Once they finally received the loveseat they handled delivery to the Port of Los Angeles for me to have it forwarded on to Honolulu. The long-distance purchase and extended delivery lag required trust and patience on my part, but Valley Leather really came through for me. Mahalo!

We purchased a lovely large sectional piece for our family room several years ago and it still looks as beautiful as it did the day it was delivered, despite 2 kids and 2 dogs. The quality of the leather and workmanship is beautiful and accommodates many different styles, tastes, and any custom color palette you can imagine. Knowledge and service from the owners is exceptional, and delivery was in the quoted window. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the furniture. Highly recommend and looking forward to purchasing another piece soon.
