Best. Pet. Pharmacy. Ever. My mom has a special needs cat. She's a cat lady. Really. VDCrx gets her cat's meds on time, every time. They call before they mail the order so she knows it's coming which gives her piece of mind. They send a personal note which makes her happy. They occasionally sent a cat toy, which makes her smile. LOVE these people!

I get my cat's liquid meds from here, and they always arrive in a sturdy box and include a little toy. They just reminded me by text that it was time to renew his meds, and all I had to do was respond - great service!

I literally can't think of a way they could improve my experience. Easy to get prescriptions filled. Will mail for free. Fast, friendly service. Great prices. And our bird likes the taste of these meds so much better than the meds from the pharmacy we used to do to.

PROs: Nice staff. They are thorough and caring. They ship! CONs: Wait time when calling might be longer than you'd think it should be. Not always, but maybe. To managers: Call-back systems are the best way to fix this... just record our numbers and call us when you free up... lots of us have things to do, and we can't if we are on hold.

I have been going to VDCrx (formerly Valley Drug) for the past year getting Vetsulin for my dog. I was paying around $65 per month. In December they told me that they switched distributors and the cost was now $150. I didn't have time to research the prices elsewhere. I called this week to get a refill and I asked about the cost, they told me it was $150. When I questioned them on why their prices were so much (when Chewy.com and Costco sell for $64) they put me on hold and told me ok they can do it for $65. When I came into pick up the medication they told me it was $70. I questioned them and they honored the $65 phone quote. I will no longer get medication from them as they are not trustworthy. I signed up to get medication delivered from Chewy.com and it was very easy. Be careful about their prices.
