I love the employees. Christian especially. He is very professional, kind, and courteous. When my foot was sprained, he went out of his way to help me and did it with a smile. He also did a wonderful job taking photos of my girls and I for our passports, not stopping until we were fully satisfied. It always brightens my day to interact with him

The store lost my package. Put my entire film production in jeopardy. Lied to me about the insurance I purchased. The entire claims process was automated. Impossible to talk to a human and when I finally reached someone (after days of calls), they were disturbingly Kafkaesque. For a $3K prop built I was given $190 by UPS for the "materials," because they don't cover the rental fee for the prop house or the amount I had to pay the FX team to rebuilt the lost prop. I will never use UPS again. They make Boeing look like a well-run company.
In response to the owner's email, I would like to note that UPS Capital (which is a particularly evil part of the UPS Corporate Behemoth, and investigated my claim) concluded that there's no evidence the package ever left this UPS Store as no tracking number was ever included with the package (which was packed at that UPS Store after assurances that it would be packed and scanned). This is why I gave the UPS Store the review that I did, as according to their own company, they are at fault.

rude people if you are not happy with your work you should leave and also be better be nice if you take something to return from Amazon and you don't need anything like a package or label they will say you need to buy a box because they can only take it with box just avoid this location! they want you to spend money to take a Free return

The workers here were so kind and helpful to me trying to move out and ship things across the country. Helped me find the right sized box, were very patient, and so helpful. Great service!

I've been to this store many times and never had a problem doing a return for Amazon. Today at 10am I went in and a woman Wanted to charge me Six dollars because she said I had to purchase a box for the item. The item i was returning was already in a box.She said it was a new rule. I never had to buy or purchase a box for an item it was automatic return for Amazon box or no box I was never asked to buy a box for amazon return. This was BS. SO I went to different UPS store and they took my return no Hassel no need to buy a box beware this store us a scam. I am responding to the stores response. I understand that there are protocols. However this Box which I was returning had the product Already in the Box and she wanted to sell me another Box for $6 which doesn't make Amazon's returns for free which is what they advertise. So it makes no sense to me that we have to pay for a Box. I took the package to another UPS store. No questions asked gave them the label gave them the box and they said thank you and have a nice day

Cost to ship here was $34, box was $20, packing materials were $20: total $70+.Had a box at home, packed it myself, took it to FedEx…shipping was $17+. Go figure!

UNRELIABLE Alliyah- February 20th 2023 5pm Reserved a mailbox for my unit 249 had let it lapse due to unforeseen circumstances. Called in and they drafted a document for my rental for me to come in Monday (Today) Came in and they now said my box is no longer available and they said No small boxes are available anymore and the only box available is big boxes. Had called in specifically because of by this and they had said they have a lot of boxes available so now I feel they are lying to me to get me to buy the bigger box. I have business mail tied to this mailbox.

Love this store. Color copies, notary services, passport photos and package delivery in one stop. But the big bonus is the staff. Fantastic service from the manager, Christian. Highly recommend this location.
