It was such a refreshing experience to feel so welcomed and supported by each and every one of you. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for creating such an inviting and warm community space for everyone. It's truly remarkable that no one is ever miserable and there's no hint of negativity or judgment. The positive energy that radiates from each interaction is simply incredible. I must also commend the owner or manager for their exceptional job in hiring such a fantastic team and creating an atmosphere that is nothing short of extraordinary. “Truly one of the best gems in the valley. I never fail to find amazing pieces and for a TRUE thrifted price ($2-$5), lots of different pieces you'll find that are most definitely worth the money. “Well organized by clothing type and color. I needed a long sleeve pullover which would be rapidly destroyed with sap trimming some pine trees. They had many to choose from at $5.”

“This place is a staple in West LA! I stop by every chance I can - they always have new items being put on the floor, all reasonably priced and great sales and events. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, especially Em! I tell everyone I know to go stop in and check out the great selection at this store. I highly recommend it!”
“One of my absolute favorites! I’m a second hand, thrifting, vintage lover. This shop is conveniently located by the 405 and 101 and always has parking. Really great stuff, especially house goods and cool vintage clothes. I decorated my wedding with thrifted dishes, glassware, cake holder, etc. I got some great pieces here and a cute brown leather belt. I have also donated my gently used items here. I’m an animal lover so I really love that it’s for animals! ???”

“I love shopping and donating here! Their proceeds support women’s organizations and the shop is run by mother and daughter duos. Everyone is super friendly and on the first Saturday they have 50% off everything! Today I got 5 pieces of clothing, a crystal dish, and a large painting for $28.”
“It's a hit or miss coming here depending what ur looking for.. The proceeds go to helping ppl getting their lives back together...Which I love.. Parking here is alright..There's more in the back.”

“Great service and mark downs. Only cons is the parking situation. Either no parking or you have to pay across the street for the metered parking. Sometimes (twice already) I found myself circling around then just leaving due to no parking.”

“I'd been going to the AL store in Pasadena and just moved here. This AL is fabulous! Really. They get amazingly high-end donations-- particularly designer shoes and China/crystal and artwork. (A framed antique Japanese print for $40; an antique sailing print for $20). I bring all of my nice donations here because it benefits school programs. The volunteers are all friendly. Parking can be a problem but that's a small complaint.”
“Well I just dropped off some things here and I have never set foot in a thrift shop where I was treated so nicely by EVERY SINGLE STAFF! They were welcoming, friendly, helpful and happy to receive a donation. Wow !! I'm still in the parking lot writing this because I was so moved . The staff really care about this place and the mission of the organization, they have this small place clear and very organized, clothes color coded and ceramics displayed beautifully and just overall you can tell they all care about this store and the customers.”
“Really interesting stuff here! Better than your average thrift store. Some of the prices seem a bit high to me, but I was also able to find other things very cheap! I think the higher prices are in part because some of the things are higher quality (they had some lennox dishes, copper pots, etc). Staff was friendly. I had a lot of fun digging around here!”
“This place used to have decent stuff at a slightly high price. I used to buy $50 a week ,easy. NoW its full of overpriced Old Lady clothes and Art at $50 up(no worries its free outside back door every 2 weeks cause no one buys) if you happen to find an actual vintage item its Twice the price as OnLine. Honestly, MOVING IN WRONG DIRECTION, Unless goal is to sell items to their volunteers... :/”
“Lovely shop with lots of beautiful things. Plenty of gorgeous judaica and home items, and a pretty impressive inventory of clothing, to boot. The women working there today were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful! I was in a bit of a rush today, and didn’t have a chance to really look around or buy anything, but I’ll be back soon!”

“I went to Vannuys Goodwill store located in victory Blvd. I had received such a good and friendly customer service from an employee. I was on my way out that I noticed a Goodwill store manager was being the counter as well. I reached out to the manager lady that explained to her that the cashier lady next to her is always nice and treat everyone including me really awesome. She told me the employee's name is MS Luisa. I just want to take this opportunity and say thanks a million times to Ms.Luisa at the Vannuys Goodwill store. God bless her soul. Thank you, Soheil m.”
“Very clean and organized, one of the best thrift stores in the Valley. Yes, this store prices the merchandise a little higher than other stores. I believe that's the result of culling the choice items and only putting the best out for sale. Good parking situation, which is always a plus.”

“If you're looking for clothes, this place is a slam dunk! If you're looking for electronics, books, or anything besides clothing, don't bother. I love that they open at 8am and Tuesday mornings they offer a discount. But one thing I cannot stand about this place is they exclusively play Christan radio and it is awful.”
