Who is responsible for inventory? Shouldn’t be out of stock or at least have three options and we always have two brands of gel to choose from. Being forced to choose one brand is not good. Cascade leaves a film on my dishes. Did not purchase the Cascade. Dishwashers are popular. Highly suggest you watch inventory in dishwashing liquid. Also - if a bunch of items are locked up, we need to see more staff on the floor.

This is a very nice Target. Clean and well stocked.

I love Target and frequent their stores quite often. I had a terrible experience at this store and will report it to corporate. I also won't step into this location again. The antisemitism by their store associates is rampant in a neighborhood that has a large Jewish population. While I applaud diversity of store associates I condone associates picking and chosing who they're nice to by the color of their skin, religion, gender, etc. Their associates particularly in customer service are rude and need retraining or to be let go.

Terribly ran store. Manager has zero customer service experience, and it shows. The other employees are mostly high school age.
I came in to return 3 items (cat and jack) for my 8 year old because she out grew them very quickly. The manager says he won’t return my items, that people have miss used the return policy for cat & cat?….. I was extremely confused and explained I have the receipts, it is within the time frame, I use my app and I have a target credit card…. the other times I’ve returned anything elsewhere I’ve never had any issues. Ever! He said “you can do the returns at those locations.”
No problem with me. I walked out.
Idk if the manager is on a power trip or maybe has never been an actual manager before, but Ive never left any target a negative review, and I’ve been to hundreds of locations. So it’s unfortunate a store with a great location has such a terrible manager. I will make sure to never support this location again based on this experience.
If the owner or manager sees this review, please educate your staff and yourselves on your own company policies. It makes you look extremely foolish.
The Target on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills is MUCH BETTER!!! Definitely worth the drive from Encino.

I visited this Target yesterday to buy some items. Compared to my experiences at other locations, I found the stock here to be low and the designs to be little different. The interior is clean, but the cashier was not very friendly.

Staff take FOREVER to come and open the items that are locked and to open restrooms even though there is many staff around who can easily come and help if they wanted to but don’t. Literally wait like 10 minutes for someone to come help.

I used to love popping into this location; it's easy to get in and out, it's always clean, and it's well-stocked enough for being a smaller store. They've implemented the whole locked-glass-case thing, so I'm out. I stopped in tonight specifically to find a new body wash (i.e. I wanted to actually browse and smell different options) and $5 soap is behind lock and key. Absolutely not.

After you have put the items in the secure locker shelf, it is difficult to buy, we have to wait 20 minutes every time until someone is found to help, in the end it takes so long that you get bored.

No one works here anymore, makes zero sense to have no one in electronics where all the money is and everyone is locked up.

Half the products in this store are locked up behind glass, which of course means that they're not for sale. You're expected to push a button and wait for some drone to come and unlock the case for you, but they never show up. This store needs to be burned to the ground; it's humanities' only hope.

Either close, get rid of the stupid glass cabinets, or get some employees with more than one brain cell firing.Everything is locked upThe "help buttons" are either missing, broken, or just don't get a response from anyone. If you do track someone down and ask for help they say they don't have the keys then walk away as if there's solution

My daughter and I shopped at Target today and Charles helped us. He is absolutely wonderful and I wish more employees were like him. He was courteous and so incredibly professional and kind. Target needs more people like Charles!
