Never go here ! Terrible service. I was a walk-in, no waiting. Princy. I had to wait 15 minutes for Princy to finish her personal cell phone call. It seemed like I was interrupting her day. Started with an abrupt attitude. What happened to the nice young ladies who were glad to see you and so helpful. Now, it's middle-aged women that would rather be someplace else. Stop bothering me ! Prince received another personal call on the store phone. She stopped cutting my hair another 15 minutes and then dialed her cell phone. Bad attitude, didn't cut my hair as I instructed. No Princy molay pokay ?

Waited an hour for a rushed haircut. All thanks to the employees prioritizing friends of theirs who do not have any reservation whatsoever and taking them in first . Never going back here again.

worst customer service ever!!! I literally called the morning of to schedule curls for 4pm and they said ok no problem. I come in at 4pm and the 3 ladies are in there looking at me all confused. none of them have any idea what is going on. I ask how long will it take as it is my birthday and I have a make up appt. they said 20 min. after waiting for 20 min they said they can't do it. leaving me with no other options. I have no words ..... clueless. for anyone else who says I should have just gone somewhere else I don't have hundreds to spend on a hair do for one night. I'm very upset.

Unfortunately I have to leave this review despite the staff being very skilled, because I was basically tricked into a service I didn't ask for and charged extra for it without being informed it would be extra.While Suzan was very skilled as a stylist and very professional, I was given a blowout and charged for it without requesting one. I reached out to the salon directly and they haven't responded at all.

I don't come here to write reviews often but I had such a lovely experience that I had to share. I hadn't gotten a haircut in two years and decided to impulsively get one today. I always go to this location and have been doing so for years. Today, I got a haircut along with shampoo and hydration treatment. Suzan explained everything to me and told me what she was doing so I felt reassured. She trimmed my curtain bangs beautifully and gave me some long layers. She was so kind and normally hair salons give me anxiety because they try to sell you things or convince you to get more services but this was very chill and not overbearing at all. There was calm music playing and it was a nice quiet vibe overall. I will definitely be coming back here for my next. Thank you for the newfound confidence and making my hair look beautiful again!

Super fast service today ! I was seated right away for my monthly buzz cut and was out in 15 minutes - top notch ! Also the store was dog friendly and let my little one roam around while they cut my hair - see ya soon !

Not even good prices! They don't make appointments unless the stylist is on the premise!!! So you have to line up in waiting area while calling to make your appointment!!! Have you ever heard anything this ridiculous!!! This is our last visit to this place. Made a quick call to them asking if they had walk in availability. They said yes and booked me an appointment. Was able to walk in and get a haircut within 10 minutes. Swift and eaay.

Without question, the WORST haircut I have EVER received in my entire life. Absolutely butchered. I explained clearly and thoroughly as to exactly what I wanted. I got the complete opposite. I am bedside myself.

Terrible service and work quality. Folks stay away. This location does not even have a manager on regular work days. I ended up having my girlfriend fixing their mess.Should dispute the charge too
