I've been their customer for about a year now and I drive every time 20 minutes from Sherman oaks. It's 100% worth it! Any time I want to impress anyone with a nice BBQ I go to Shalom and it's just amazing. Thanks Shalom. You have a customer for life.

Best kosher butcher in LA!!! I visited many states in the us but never saw such a quality kosher meat and butcher skills. If you new for Mediterranean Israel food ask him to try and he will be happy to grill the meat in a real charcoal grill for no charge.give Shalom a try and you will not be disappointed.

Love their meats and kababs! We always buy our meats from here specially when we want to bbq. They have great quality of meats! We ordered some food to pickup for lunch today and shalom even added a veggie skewer in for us for free! We got rice, a big salad, steak,koobideh and chicken kabab and everything was amazing! Highly recommend this place! We should support small businesses like him!
