A RadNet Failure. So RadNet has purchased liberty Pacific, which purchased this radiology group.. let's just say that service or lack there of at this location is pathetic. I had an MRI here and it was a complete and total nightmare do everything in your power and use a real professional radiology group. That is an operating only to profit off the people.. look up RadNet and you'll see what a massive corporation it is and how it's literally a radiology factory. I can't help but only give them one star. tell your doctor you just want the prescription and find and go to a reliable and competent radiological group.

I was wary of the mixed reviews, but my insurance gave limited options. So glad we ended up at SFV. This was for an MRI for my special needs daughter so I didn't expect a pleasant experience either for us or for whoever ended up doing the MRI. But it ended up PERFECT from start to finish. Easy parking in the building (approx $10-$16, Visa/mastercard accepted), I easily pre-completed all the forms on my phone before arriving, so checked in, paid and hardly had a chance to sit in the clean waiting room before being called in. The tech was friendly and reassuring. My daughter, predictably, tried to scramble out of the machine on the first try. The tech was patient and we got it done on the second try and were on our way home super quick.

Unfortunately, my insurance chose this place and no one else could seem to find another place to get a port for my chemotherapy (Everyone directs to here). I've called for 2 months to get an appointment and no one will help me. This is how they treat the dying with lower-income insurance. I now am going to move back with my parents, as an adult, so I can find doctors that care enough to call me back.

From the kind staff to the highly skilled x-ray tech my experience was extremely positive. Dr. Chin is such a talented Interventional Radiologist. They explained exactly what I could expect and it was the case. Dr. Chin was able to resolve a health issue right then and there for me, that may change my life for the better. This is a top notch facility and I feel relieved and empowered by choosing to go to this facility. The patient app and interface is very easy to use. I am very grateful to Dr. Chin, my x-ray technician and the site manager Kristel for all that they did for me. I will be a Radnet patient for life! Thank you for the very important work you do. You truly help people in a meaningful way.

From their front office to the technician who did the ct scan, they were very efficient. Everything went like clockwork. The technician told me what to do, making sure that I understood and letting me know what to expect sensation-wise when it came to the contrast that was involved. Consequently, I had no problems and the process went quickly.

Worst experience I’ve ever had the two techs put me into a panic attack. They basically said because of my panic attack of needles while hyper ventilating and crying so you’re refusing service or treatment their words. So I let them stick me, twice my veins are severely damaged. These two people made me cry. Worst experience I’ve ever felt in my life these people should be fired people like this should not work around other people. I’m ashamed of this place and then I left in full-blown panic attack they did not give a care or be driving home in the state of mind. If I can give a less than one I would do that this never happened in my life. I’m ashamed of these services and these people

I recently had an appointment at this location for a port placement. The experience is petty stressful considering everything going on with my health, but the team made the experience as smooth as possible. From nurse Paul who explained everything that was going to happen to Dr. Chin who did the procedure, as well as the two other nurses who helped in the operating room. They were all very kind and made sure I was comfortable, and even had me laughing. Dr. Chin was also very compassionate and understanding regarding my condition and had encouraging words for me.

I cannot speak about their doctors or technicians. But only I can speak about their staff/administration/finance department. Very odd accounting practices. Spent hours on the phone to be wrongfully informed. Change the way you collect your payments and dont call them invoices if you have not provided a service. Train your staff. Horrible experience!

Dr Chin and nurse Melissa were amazing!!!! I had to have a procedure I heard was excruciating and Dr. Chin made it PAINLESS-and I have a very low pain tolerance. He’s is warm and funny too. Melissa was also very warm and sweet and made me feel comfortable.

August 31 is my procedure. Paul the nurse is extremely nice by explaining what will happen before and after the procedure very knowledgeable. My only complain is the person who calls me for appointments. On August 29 someone called me that the appointment time will be at 9am then on August 30 someone called again that my schedule is 10am. On August 31 I went to the office at 8:50am to register but the secretary said I was too early because our appointment is at 11am I was so sad because I was very sick.

Amazing staff and doctor. I had a wonderful experience coming here for a procedure I needed. I felt so at ease, they were so informative about every step, and was overall perfect.

Staff are really nice! Had a wonderful sonogram technician named Alex. He was so sweet! Very thorough and professional! Dr. Muir did my biopsy, like last time. She is always thorough and explains everything she's doing as she's doing it. If you have to get a biopsy, this is the place to do it!

I had a very good experience. The nurses were nice and the doctor had a very gentle touch. I did not feel any pain or discomfort. They spent time explaining every step and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure (biopsy).

Very organized! The receptionists are very friendly and answer any questions you have. Patricia, who did my MRIs was super friendly and explained what every test is. She kept tabs on me while i was in the MRI. Overall great office!

The receptionist was very courteous and friendly. The physician assistant was knowledgeable, explaining the steps of the procedure. The doctor was efficient and thoughtful. The procedure went as explained.
