I cannot express enough how grateful and delighted I am with Rock Star Moving Company! After experiencing a last-minute cancellation from my previous movers at an inconveniently late hour of 9:45 pm, I was left in a panic. However, my faith in humanity was quickly restored when I stumbled upon Rock Star's website. They were able to secure an early morning move for me the very next day, and for that, I am eternally grateful.Kyrylo and Ben, the amazing movers who came to my rescue, were an absolute delight. They arrived promptly and wasted no time in getting down to business. Their meticulous packing skills left me in awe, as they took great care in handling and securing my belongings. Not only were they efficient and professional, but they also exuded a warm and friendly demeanor that instantly put me at ease.I wholeheartedly recommend Rock Star Moving Company to anyone in need of reliable and exceptional service. These guys truly went above and beyond to ensure that my moving experience was seamless and stress-free. The team that helped us, Nick I believe, were incredible. They were prompt, efficient, careful, quick and cordial. I am so happy with this company. All fees were discussed through email, in person the day off, and described again before payment was taken. There was nothing hidden or surprising. We would absolutely use them again. No damage to anything in the house or to the furniture, as everything was wrapped with care.

We hired this company to move us out of our home and hold our stuff in storage until our new home was ready to move in. They sent over an estimator who took pictures of every room and the items that needed to be moved and stored. We were assured that our furniture would be wrapped and protected while they held it in storage. The estimator told us they would need an additional truck to load out everything all at once and we would be charged extra for the second truck and drive time. On the scheduled moving day, they showed up with two small moving trucks and six movers. Most of our stuff was boxed and staged in the garage. They loaded the boxes relatively quickly with dollies, then disassembled and wrapped up our furniture in about 5 hours. Months later, when our new home was ready, we scheduled to move our stuff back in. On the scheduled moving day, no one showed up. We had to call Rockstar Pro Movers several times to determine why the moving trucks didn't show. We were told they couldn't get access to their warehouse where our property was being stored and they would have to reschedule the move. We couldn't understand how that could be possible but reluctantly rescheduled. A few days later, a different moving company showed up driving trucks with Prof Moving & Storage on the side of them. We asked them to put all the boxes for each bedroom in that room and the rest of the boxes could be placed in the garage. Moreover, we asked them to move in and assemble all the furniture in each room. As the trucks were progressively being unloaded, we started to notice that we were missing some furniture pieces and it seemed like not all our boxes had arrived. We also noticed some of the furniture had been seriously damaged. When we called Rockstar Pro Movers to find out where the rest of our stuff was we got transferred to voice-mailboxes that were full and talked to representatives that promised to call us back and never did. Eventually, Rockstar Pro Movers admitted that they lost a pallet of our stuff in the warehouse because it wasn't labeled. After paying good money to have our property moved twice, and paying an expensive monthly storage charge to keep our property safe, we feel like our things were treated with little respect. Furthermore, Rockstar Pro Movers never found all of our property and we regret hiring this very unprofessional business. Now, we are forced to file insurance claims for our damaged and missing items. Don't book with this company.

What a nightmare. Will never use this company again. None of the team spoke good English. I separated and packed my own things in my room from my roommates to make it easy for them but they still lost my boxes with designer and valuable items in them. They didn’t bring a truck big enough and I had to go back to collect items into the early morning (1-2am) that should have been brought originally. They then continued to charge us 3X the quoted rate bc of their mistakes during quoting. They kept telling us they would call us back but we heard nothing for days. I thought they stole my belongings and so I reported it to my credit card all except what was quoted. They then responded finally and demanded reversal of the dispute or they will auction our items. Stay away from this company, they are extremely unprofessional and wasted so much of our time.

I've used RM 5 times in the last 2.5 months and could not be more pleased with their service. Aaron has always been courteous and professional when I call, I've never not been able to schedule them when I need to, often the very next day! I think I have had different crews each time, and every single mover has been respectful, courteous, and hard-working. I recommend them without reservation.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of moving with Nick and Norman. Not only are they kind but they are extremely respectful - both of your property and items. They take extreme measures to ensure that every last piece of furniture safely arrives to it's destination. I couldn't believe how hard these guys work!!! Couldn't be happier with my choice of movers and with the service they provided.

Nick and his team were on time, friendly, and very thorough wrapping our furniture/taking great care as they helped us move. They were polite and efficient and very courteous--we would recommend them if you need help during a move. Thank you to Nick and his team!

Extremely inefficient movers. They charge hourly and estimated 4 hours (including driving time) for a move of some furniture from Long Beach to Hollywood. I am writing this as we are 5 HOURS in and the movers aren’t even done loading. We still have the drive and unloading left. I’ve moved several times and it has never taken this long. The movers load minimal items in the freight elevator and take them down one by one instead of loading it full. I will never use this company again, feels like a scam that they can go this slow to achieve more hours. I even tried to help and they stopped me. Mind you, this is for work not even my personal expenses but the amount of time it’s taking is not justified.Ending on a positive note - the movers are kind.

5 stars all around! Nick and his team did amazing work in moving all our stuff from our much larger apartment to our current place - did a great job with with breaking everything down and setting it all back up. Even broke down and set up our sleep number bed! All for a great price and within the amount of time quoted (which is hard to find)!! Definitely would recommend!

Got help moving from Kyrylo, Valentine, and Mike last Sunday. It was a hard job, as they had to go from my apartment (upstairs), to my girlfriend's, to our new place. It took seven hours. They did it all with a cheerful attitude and brisk efficiency. They are also good communicators and were always very clear about any complications, such as a piece of furniture that was missing screws. They were also very skilled at wrapping furniture and moving things through tight spaces -- I haven't found anything to be damage.Great company, great group of guys.
