My SECOND move with rockstar in less than 2 years, both moves excellent! Kyle took care of me, we made a plan together, he kept me informed and on-time. (I was sick as a dog so I needed the extra care.) He and his person (I missed his name, sorry) did not disappoint. Everything arrived perfectly, including (and especially) the last minute items they packed for me. This is my mover.

My honest unbiased no pressured review. I think the guys I got were hard workers. They were just tired from already doing a trip earlier that day.
The problem I do have is that your experience can vary drastically depending on who you get. I used this service last year to move from DTLA to LBC and it took those guys less than 3hrs to load my things, drive 45min, and unload them.
This time around it took 6hrs to load the same amount of things, drive 5min, and unload them.
I think they saw what was supposed to be an easy trip and really took their time at the first place thinking, sulry we can get done in 3hrs. Then ran into issues going over time with using the dedicated elevator.
Reality really set in for them and me when we got to the new place and they see how far the loading zone was from my drop point. Even then, unloading took under 2hrs. So how would loading then a 5min drive take 4hrs? It's kinda insane but giving them some grace I just say, they were tired from the last job.
2 stars because the guys that moved me from DTLA to LBC made such a big impression that i would still try this service one last time. My advice is to book for the early part of the day.

Be warned. Hired Rockstar for a move from LA to TX. I chose them because of their very competitive quote. Big mistake. When they were onsite (6 hours late) the price increased $2000. I also had paid a lot extra $$ for expedited shipping. Which means our belongings would move in a truck alone--not combined with multiple loads. And arrive in 3 business days. After waiting and waiting and waiting (and our once responsive Rockstar phone reps not answering our calls). Our stuff arrived ten days late--and combined on a huge truck with several other moves. There was only one guy from Rockstar unloading and they had two local guys doing all of the work. They broke light fixtures on the walls and bailed before our furniture was re-assembled (which was also part of the deal). After several calls I was promised a very small refund to reimburse for the late shipping but that never happened. They stopped returning calls and ghosted me until I gave up. ZERO STARS. BEWARE of this scam company.

We hired Rockstar Pro Movers to move our entire house in an upscale neighborhood to another location not too far. The furniture and the entire house were very special and were purchased from the Design Centers or imported from Europe. Unfortunately, we did not do our homework to further check the background. Their people came to pack the furniture and other stuff were not experienced and it looked this was their first job and a guy was teaching them how to pack and move the furniture to the truck. They broke a few expensive items during moving and delivery. At first, they said they did not see these stuff at the house and they had not picked them up. When we insisted these items were in the house and they moved them to the truck, they admitted the furniture were broken during moving
My experience with Rockstar was disappointing and I suggest you should do diligent work before hiring movers to move your expensive furniture and other stuff.

These guys were amazing. Showed up on time, worked super fast but carefully, incredibly efficient and polite and easy to work with. Made me feel at ease and made for a very smooth moving process. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of working with Archie. He came in. Told me to sit down relax and him and his boys will take care of it and they did. I mean in less than the time that I was supposed to pay. They took care of everything emptied out. My storage unit did it in a very professional manner and a very good work. I really appreciate it. Highly recommended

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!! They really made my move go so smoothly. They took such good care of my items and were the kindest, sweetest men. I was so nervous moving by myself and was very emotional and overwhelmed from life events - but Tagdyr and Yermek made me feel calm and at ease!
You can’t beat the value and service this company provides. 10/10, will definitely continue using them in the future! Thank you ?? ?
