I cut my finger on a heavy locker door yesterday when I couldn’t remove my hand quickly enough, resulting in a deep cut. I was bleeding when I went to reception for a first aid kit, but they only had a band-aid and some ointment. I’m still suffering from the cut, and this is insufficient, especially in a gym where people use heavy machines. The gym needs to improve provide proper first aid supplies.

Pretty clean and relatively not packed, although it can get super busy during rush hour times (lunch/after work) go in the morning or u might be left waiting for equipment

The cleanliness is what I appreciate the most! The staff is constantly cleaning the floor and wiping down the machines. It makes for an enjoyable experience!
The only thing I wish they would change are the mats. I would prefer rubber mats - they don’t move or slip when trying to work out.

Today i signed in online in my office (cuz i didnt want to deal with enrolling staff that tries to sell you everything) and never received a confirmation email so i decided to go to the location and asked Anthony if i was registered (he seemed uninterested but fair, its mutual) he recommended to signed in again and i told him i was concerned cuz i didnt want to be charged double. I decided to resign in and asked if it was with him or how. He said i had to do it myself on my phone. I went and did it again... still no email. So i went back to Anthony and asked if i was already in, he said no...i asked for a customer service line to follow up the registering process and he also said no. 0% solutions. No day pasa while i fixed the membership issue, nothing.

This is my favorite Planet Fitness in the area. It’s worth driving to. The facility is very clean, machines are working and available. The staff is friendly and always around cleaning. I always see the owner there helping keep the place clean, smiling and interacting with members. I always feel welcome there

This place is super clean and organized. Staff are not friendly though but does not matter. They don't have a scale which is a negative point. On top of that, the location is good. Not too crowded
