Unacceptable Treatment: Disappointing Encounter at Panda Express Encino I can't even begin to express my level of disappointment with my recent experience at Panda Express Encino. As someone who has spent a decade in customer service, worked in fast food joints, restaurants, and even runs my own business, I know a thing or two about treating customers with respect and dignity. But what I witnessed at Panda Express Encino left me utterly appalled. Let me walk you through the debacle that unfolded during my visit. I ordered a simple 2-item combo, nothing extravagant, just looking forward to a satisfying meal. However, my hopes were quickly dashed when I was informed that one of the items I wanted wasn't available. Fine, I thought, I'll just go with the flow and opt for a third item when I overheard the clerk mentioning that they were about to cook more crispy shrimp since it was running low. Thinking I'd lucked out, I asked if I could get some of the fresh batch that was about to hit the trays. To my dismay, Andrea L., the clerk attending to me, replied with a curt "NO." Shocked, I inquired further, hoping there was some misunderstanding. But no, she bluntly informed me that it was a "first come first serve" situation, and I'd have to make do with what was already there. This was funny to me as I was already in queue for another item I ordered, I have been in this situation before and never seen this type of attitude when Im opting for more food. The restaurant wasnt even busy either. Now, here's where things took a turn for the worse. Instead of simply accepting the situation, I politely requested to cancel my order. And you know what Andrea did? With the kind of attitude that would make a grumpy cat seem pleasant, she opened up the small container of leftover, broken, old, and dried-out shrimp, and unceremoniously dumped it back into the pan at the serving station. I was not just upset; I was livid. How dare she treat a paying customer with such disdain and disrespect? It's basic decency to ensure that customers receive fresh and quality food, especially when they're willing to pay for it. But apparently, at Panda Express Encino, customer satisfaction takes a back seat to convenience. To say that this experience soured my mood would be an understatement. It's disheartening to see such poor service in a place that prides itself on providing quick and tasty meals. I walked out of there feeling not just hungry but deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff. In conclusion, Panda Express Encino, you've lost a once-loyal customer. And until you address the glaring issues in your customer service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame that such a simple request for fresh food turned into a nightmare of epic proportions.

This place sucks. Staff is constantly changing and management does a poor job of prioritizing customer service amongst the employees. They take forever with one simple order. Come here if you please to have a mediocre experience at panda.

My recent visit to Panda Express left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the rude demeanor of an associate named Andrea. Her attitude seemed to drive away other customers, and to add to the frustration, my order was lost while waiting in line. This experience has left a lasting impression, and regrettably, I won't be returning to this particular Panda Express location.

I'm not sure who promoted Branden as the supervisor. I've been going to Panda Express since I moved to the US and California so we're talking decades. I never seen a manager with a nasty attitude of no eye contact with the customer and making the customer feel like they're lying and insulting their intelligent. I think Brandon is liking social skills and how to interact.I miss the Panda Express at the old location next to Ralphs and I missed the old manager. Please note that the other employees they were great.

Worse location ever!!Takes forever to get your order .The workers seem pissed all the time and so does the Manager .It doesnt matter if theres only one person in the line or 7 it still takes forever for you to get something .Would deff avoid this location rude staff forsure!

In order to ensure I get enough protein, I ordered a large plate with beef with broccoli, stringbean chicken, orange chicken and 1/2 steamed rice and 1/2 chow mein. They loaded up this plate with steamed rice, so much that it filled up the two little areas for the beef and broccoli and orange chicken. because of that, not only did I get less beef and broccoli and orange chicken, but the beef and broccoli had huge pieces of broccoli in it with very litttle meat (5 very small pieces to be exact). Also, the string bean chicken in the separate carton was more than 90% string bean, and again, very little chicken. You guys are better than this. I have been coming here for years. If this continues, you will lose this customer.

Super disgusting. Giant cooked dead fly in togo order after waiting 45 minutes.....this is what I got. IM ALSO PREGNANT and could have gotten sick. I could have gotten really sick if I didn't see this...clearly this place needs to be checked by the health department. I called and they offered to send another but who would want anything from here after knowing this. DO NOT GO HERE
