My first experience buying gold and silver was WONDERFUL thanks to Noble Gold. Steven Dhanjal is so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The experience was so good that I came back to buy more! With the current economic climate, owning precious metals gives me some peace of mind. I listen to the X22 Report daily and this is where I heard about this company. After seeing their excellent reviews, I decided to give them a try and it turned out to be a great all-around experience. I’m telling everyone I know to try NGI if they are in the market for precious metals. They are rated A+++++ in my book.

Having had only one prior experience in purchasing precious metals, I was TOTALLY DELIGHTED during this experience with Noble Gold, through Jake Bell. From the first contact conversation, I was comforted by Jake's conversation style - personable, clear, direct, considerate, and helpful - making for a trustworthy relationship from the "get-go." He provided just the proper amount of information, for the level of my experience, and the type of conversation we were having. (Not overwhelming detail at first, though always careful to address my questions with answers at a level I could understand; During each successive conversation, we were able to go into more detail, leading to my total comfort level in decision-making.) By that time, I had a good understanding of WHY I was making those decisions, and what tradeoffs were purposely chosen, because of my unique situation.
Jake guided the steps in an organized, structured way, communicating clearly, and overseeing the steps as they were being addressed. Placing the trade order today was a joyful experience, and in spite of my 82 years of age, I was confident that I was making a good decision - because I had a "trusted" advisor.
I am only a bit sad that I didn't follow up with Noble Gold from the initial time I learned about them, but I am eager to continue as I have the opportunity for additional purchases in the near future.
Congratulations to Noble Gold for an excellent business model, with business processes that fully satisfy my rather stringent requirements. In today's world, it's unique and a TRUE BLESSING to conduct business without having to engage a robot in the experience! Thank you, Noble Gold, and Jake Bell!

I had an awesome experience with Noble Gold! Steven helped me successfully transfer an Annuity from another company over to a Gold and Silver IRA. He made the process smooth as glass. Lori was also extremely helpful to me with the transfer of funds; the two of them worked together as a great team. Both Steven and Lori were super personable, helpful and professional with me during this process. Everything was explained crystal clear and Steven was very patient with my tons of questions. I don't know when I've had better customer service. I feel confident that in the future if I need to contact Noble Gold to add/change, etc. that this company will be there for me 100%! Way to go Noble Gold!! You should be proud of your employees!

I am so pleased with my experience with Noble Gold and their friendly, knowledgeable staff! What a great experience from the first phone call all the way to the last one to educate me on all of my options. Thank you, Jake Bell, and the Noble Gold staff for making this a very pleasant experience (and for not letting me feel like an uneducated idiot!) I was intimidated to call but looking back, I'm not sure why. Call them, you won't regret it!

The people who need to read these reviews won’t because they’re natural born suckers and they listen to end of the world advertisements on AM hate radio. This company is just going to take your money and charge you high fees, never respond when you want to sell or transfer, and they’ll end up stealing your supposed gold.

As it turns out, There was a very bad and costly misunderstanding between Craig & I. At the time I posted this review, Craig was in the process of figuring it out, I thought all would be good. Turns out I was wrong. Craig knew I needed partial withdraw but my account was closed & now I have zero retirement funds.

I had a shipping issue and through evidently no fault of their own, they worked with the receiving agent and still gave me a good price.
