Lila was our service rep and made the entire transactions of trading up three IPhones effortless. She was even able to get my son’s caller ID changed in minutes. This is something I’ve been asking ATT to do for several years now with no results. Lila literally got it done within a couple of minutes. We were in and out of there in less than 20 minutes having had everything handled 100%. This is the first for me. I’ve been an IPhone user since the very beginning with ATT. In the past it was always like buying a new car, it took forever. Not at this location and it was because of Lila. Her knowledge and willingness to help us made buying our new phones a pleasure. “They did a great job replacing the cooling fans in my laptop. After leaving a deposit, the ordered the parts which arrived a few days later. I was able to take the laptop home until the part came in. They called when they arrived and repaired it in just a couple of hours. Very easy to deal with and did a quality job!”

“MARCUS SAVED MY MONTH!!! I have been to 5 other verizon stores including the corporate store in moorpark and literally not a single person cared about helping me except this dude. He sat with me from 10am-3pm figuring out what the issue was, calling multiple corporate/customer service lines, and doing everything he could to make sure I was happy. He said he had just started that month and clearly had not gotten a ton of training (not his fault, def management) and he problem solved and trouble shouted with me until it was all set and I had my new phone and watch. Even the manager in the store was a little dismissive and was more preoccupied with taking more customers, but marcus stayed with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or inconvenient. I nearly broke down in a verizon store before this last shot but thankful I didn’t. GIVE MARCUS A RAISE”
