The guy writing tickets couldn't talk any faster trying to upsell you to some hundred-dollar package. The work that they did did not match what I paid for including services that were not rendered. The inside of the windshield was dirty and smeared and the side mirrors were not cleaned. Disappointed and definitely not worth $30

Machines dont work/ bugged out. Cant pay with card at the pump, you have to walk inside to pay. Its been like this for almost a year now.

I had a very good experience at Encino Auto Spa. It's a Mobil Gas Station that includes car wash and auto repair just like Quick Quack Car Wash and Valvoline Instant Oil Change and Folsom Glenn Car Wash.

I had a good experience at Encino Auto Spa. My only complaint is that it's a little pricey, but they did a really good job. Car washes are dying! It's nice to come to a place where someone actually hand vacuums and dries your car, rather than doing the quickie drive through wash. I pulled up on a weekday morning and was immediately assisted. It still took a while for my car to go through the wash (as it always does), but as I waited I paid for my wash and sat outside. There is PLENTY of seating outside, as well as some seating inside. When my car was finished, they notified me by tooting my horn. The drying part of the experience was pretty speedy, and when I gave my car a once over, it looked great! Overall, I would definitely come back. Great service from the staff too!

I have been coming here for years! I love this place they clean my car so well. It takes longer than most car washes, but that's because they take it very seriously and want you to have the best results!Juliet is so sweet, she's the one who told me about the punch card reward program they have. After a certain amount of car washes, you get one free. So I love it because I come here all the time.If you need a great car wash, come here!

Been going to this car wash for years since this is close by - not sure about the bad reviews but I'm always satisfied with the service. I also live in the area so I get coupons for this car wash so for me it's good value. Since I'm a regular they don't try to up sell me anymore. Once in awhile they'll try but I just say no. Trust me you don't have to do the extra services if you do not want to. The car goes into the tunnel and the "hand wash" part is when they use their hands to scrub your car with soap. Some car washes have machines to do that but not here so I don't see any scratches or anything like that after the wash.The guys that dry the car after - well you get a mixed bag sometimes you'll get someone really thorough and other times you'll see some little spots to wipe off. You can point it out and they'll fix it. For frequent customers they also have a punch card so I've had a few freebies. If you live local and shop at nearby Ralph's they always have the coupons in the back of the receipt.

iPod stolen even though it was in a compartment.Sloppy vacuum jobs especially in the back seat.Attendants are aggressive when it comes to tips and expect a minimum of $10 or they toss major attitude.Not really worth the car wash price tag even with a coupon.Context: have tried them numerous times throughout the years in vain hope of change. Never happened.

My wife and I brought our cars for a 'hand' wash. The guy was unhappy that we turned down the $70 hand wax. I told him twice I wanted a hand wash. A few minutes later I see my car come out of the wash tunnel and go right past the hand wash area to be dried off. At this place you don't get what you pay for. I don't recommend you bring your car here.

Absolutely horrid car wash experience. This was by far the worst experience I have had here after coming in for quite a few years. Purchased the special and all weather floor mats washed. I really hope these guys don't wipe their butt like they wash cars. Absolutely horrible, wheels were not scrubbed, bottom panels were not scrubbed, and my freshly repaired bumper was scuffed. My floor mats were not dried and were still dripping with soap. Could this cause a mildew problem in the future?! Maybe... goodness. I'm literally sitting in a coin op car wash re washing my car. I don't drive a Ferrari but take a little pride in your work. I'll never come back to this place. I'd rather save my money and do it myself. That way I can literally only be mad at myself for messing up. Smooth move Encino Auto Spa!

filled up here just to use the air for my tires and it was so weak. It wouldn’t inflate my tires at all and I have a Prius.?. Went back inside and they weren’t apologetic and didn’t offer to help or to check the machine.
