“The doctors and staff are all wonderful. They are personable, compassionate, and kindhearted. They get and give you whatever answers are needed. The waiting room is comfortable. Parking isn’t fun but at least they validate.”

“I was so worried about my 3 year old toddler getting his blood drawn for the first time. We watched a few YouTube videos to prepare and nurse Natalie was so kind and confident that he didn’t shed a tear. It was a fast, efficient and easy experience. I am very glad I took him to CHLA to get specialized care instead of Quest. 10/10.”
“My experience was good was a nicer young Asian man taking care of me and was professional and respectful when I was there I think depending on the experience of employee probably some people would be working in different jobs or probably is necessary more workers to relieve the stress during the job was only one person working in the office and I got the results next day., working with people sometimes is stressful I see bad reviews about this office but if we treat the people nicely and with respect we get the same respect back probably they will help you better and at the moment., but I’m agree to the office needs some training with some employees if is necessary to make sure they are doing good job and keep the office working professionally or gonna get less patients until not having any clients.,”
