I'm not sure how much I can add to the 5 star reviews beneath mine, but I echo their sentiments emphatically! I had the pleasure of speaking with a very gracious woman named Deema. We had never interacted before, but she made me feel very comfortable in explaining my situation. Trust is the most important quality someone in this profession can have; that and the ability to put someone at ease ;) There are many Tax Consultants to choose from, but if you're in a bind or if you're looking for the pinnacle of professionalism - look no further!

Avoid this company at all costs. Mary is extremely uncommunicative and confusing. She told me that she filed my amended return when she actually didn't file it and never told me. She charged me $700 to help fix a problem with my IRA and she did absolutely nothing. She claims my info was wrong- yes my info was wrong and that was the entire reason I hired her to help me fix it. She didn't pay attention to my concerns, she didn't look at my old forms. Her emails are unintelligible. Do not work with the company.

This company doesn't even deserve any rating or Star.. I hired this company for monthly bookkeeping and filling tax returns for my business. They advertise, "Big Firm Resources, Personalized Services and Professional CPA" but it's quite the opposite. They are so slow and they have so many mistakes.For bookkeeping they were off by tens of thousands. I had to correct them multiple times. The whole point of outsourcing bookkeeping is so I can have more time to focus on other aspects of my business.It took them a long time to issue 1099s (actually past the due date). And it took them about two months for to send me compiled financial statements. There was a time when I couldn't get into contact with the officer manager for two weeks. I left multiple messages with the receptionist and was told every time "She'll call you back." Seriously. Two weeks of no communication.Beware this is a Fake accountant that will ruin your Tax return and you will be subject to Audit this kind of company shouldn't be exist and ruin your company. They cheat their client. This CPA will put your company it to a lot of ProblemsIf you want to figure out what's the best decision for your business, then expect a "figure it out yourself, you're the owner" response. If they told me they'd offer their services for excellent accountant job, I still wouldn't do it. STAY AWAY!!I asked them for my Quickbooks file (it's a 10 second job to give you report) The problem is They don't even know how to operate Quickbooks!!. MBA "Malfunction Business Administrative" That's the meaning of it. Expect this fake CPA will ruin your Business.
