"Today, I lost my clothes at your laundry facility because someone stole them, which is completely unacceptable."
Here's a detailed complaint about the laundry place and the owner responsible:
"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service at your laundry facility. Today, I experienced a significant loss when my clothes were stolen from your premises. This incident indicates a severe lack of security and oversight, reflecting poorly on your management. I hold the owner responsible for not ensuring a safe environment for customers' belongings. Immediate action is required to address this issue, including compensation for my lost items and the implementation of better security measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. Your attention to this matter is urgently needed to restore trust and confidence in your service."

I give 5 stars to this place because I’ve been going here for a while and it’s always clean when I go and people are friendly to me. Prices have went up slightly but that is to be expected in todays economy but still not too bad. Dryers work good for my big comforters. I can’t dry them in the small dryers in my complex. They didn’t dry after starting it 3 times in my complex so I came here and had no worries. They have you use quarters but have a few quarter machines there so you don’t have to worry and if you don’t want to wash and fold yourself, then they have someone there that you can pay per pound to wash and dry/fold for you. I tend to run into people I sometimes have seen before or new people and they speak or are friendly overall. I left my comforter one time in the washer when it was late and almost time to close, but I didn’t realize it until I got home. The place close so I came in the morning and they said oh so you left it here lol and started laughing a bit in a nice manner. I took my comforter out of the washer and then dried it. Had no problems plus they have cameras there which is nice.

The one washer I used didn't get my clothes clean the 2 dryers that are next to the office didn't dry my clothes were still wet

This is my local laundromat, I come here time to time.
In the few times that I have been here I have encountered an incident every time. Some of the issues are as follows:
Place is not well kept and it’s dirty.
Machines are also dirty and old.
Service machines such as coin dispensers and soaps are not in operating conditions.
Place does not have a good air circulation system and was humid and like a sauna during summer above 100 degree temperatures.
Owner arguing and fighting with people as other people witness it.
Personal experience involving me , would be two times I left the laundry to come right back in less than 15 mins and one the woman that works there and other time the man that works there had touched my clothes and moved it.
When I asked them nicely the woman replied that although there are many dryers were available at the time they wanted to use that specific one and she said if you don’t like it don’t come! Then continued loudly in Spanish to probably tell me bad words.
When asked for owner’s contact number I was provided with the wrong contact information.
All her replies were in a rude manner although I kept my composure.
It’s a shame to have such businesses in the neighborhood that don’t respect their customers I will take my business elc where and report to correct agency.

They say the last wash is at 10pm. I arrived before 10 pm and I was told I could not wash anymore. They don’t honor theirs times posted on their window.

My wife and I do all of our laundry at this laundromat. Not only is it close to home, it is open late, and cheaper, compared to others in the area, and certainly faster and easier than doing laundry at our apartment complex.The floor may get a bit dirty during late hours like in the photos I took today, but overall the machines and counters are very well maintained and clean. During staffed hours, floors are swept often and leaves the presentation of the laundromat much cleaner.I have met many of the staff and they are friendly, professional, and willing to help out with any issues you face while using the machines.I have not tried their fluff and fold service where they wash and fold all your garments for you, but I've seen the staff at work and they seem to do a thorough job.
