I have been living here for the last 4 years, Patty helped me move into my apt on short notice. She has been super helpful and kind, responsive to all my requests and needs. They're constantly making upgrades and fixing up the building to make it more comfortable for the tenants. I feel safe here and that means the world to me & my kids. I also want to mention that Jose the maintenance tech is just as helpful! Always here when I need him. I definitely recommend white oak terraces to my friends and family.

My parents have been living here for 4 months now and they have really enjoyed it. Patty helped answer any questions along the way and responded promptly. My only hope is that they upgrade the W/D to an app or CC. Wonderful quite building

Since moving in in Feb this building has had major upgrades such as new paint and new windows in all units. The apartments are very big and roomy. Patty, the manager is exceptional. She always greets me with a smile and is so on top of everything and is so quick to respond to any issues. Work orders are immediately put in and emailed to me and she always follows up. I am very happy my husband and I chose to live here.

I love White Oak Terrace Apartments for many reasons! First the management is wonderful! Patty is wonderful and very communicative, kind, and she takes pride in the apartments. I always see her decorating for the holidays and keeping the lobby nice and clean. Anytime I send in a maintenance request, she makes sure there is someone at my place fixing it within 24 hrs which is amazing! Second, it is a beautiful place to live. The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful, the pool is always clean, everyone is kind and friendly and the apartments are HUGE! Third, it is so safe and affordable. Definition of "bang for your buck!" You would be lucky to live here! Ive really enjoyed living here! 5 stars!

I have recently moved here about a month or two ago and so far its such a peaceful and weloming home for both me and my dog. The manager Patty is always kind, helpful, and answers any question i have right away. the apartmnts here are extremely spacious as well making it feel more of a home rather than a jail cell apartment. everybody here has been kind so far and have had no issues with my apartment. Overall i love it here and would highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, comfy, and spacious apartment. My pet has loved it as well and love how welcoming the building is with pets.

Do not go with this company. I booked a move with this 6/2 the movers were fast at moving everything as well as fast with stealing my things and leaving before I realized what was gone. 1 pair of Versace sunglasses, 1 pair of Versace eye glasses, Vera Wang perfume, 2 pair of Vans, 1 pair of Pumas, 1 pair of Knee High Boots, and 1 pair of Keith Haring Reebok’s. When the owner Steve was confronted by me about what this movers did I was told it was my fault for leaving the items in sight. I paid, was very polite and even tipped BOTH men and this is what they did. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THEIVES!!!

I am Missing several items like a glass table top and a really expensive comforter . I called The owner and he hung up on me . Please beware of tt his company ; I will also Contact the bbb and the state attorney since the values over $2000.

Two thumbs up!! My friend recommended me these guys and i was a little sceptical at first, due to their prices being significantly lower compared to other companies that i called around. After speaking to the guy on the phone, he gave me a rough estimate of what it would cost and he was pretty much on point. When the day for my big move arrived,the movers showed up early and did a fantastic job. I am definitely going to use them for my next move.

The listing for this place doesn't make any sense. There is always an apartment listed as "available" but when you contact the manager, Patty, she states it's either not available at all, price is different than listed (at least $100 difference), or won't be available for several months. Who is going to wait months?! Why advertise a property when it's not available nor the asking price?! I reached out last year when I was looking to move and now I needed a bigger place and reached out again. SAME RESPONSES. I'm done with this place. The below is an email from Patty when I inquired about the 2 bed that is STILL listed as available. Apparently you can't see it and no estimated time when I can.. This place sucks.
