Ken is beyond awesome!! He is very personable, knowledgeable and does great work. What I appreciated the most is after my car was serviced, I had called him multiple times with questions and each time he was more than happy to answer my questions and give me detailed explanations. I got there at 9;30 am owner was about five minutes late, I told him I have a 2014 VW with transmission problems! Owner says "I don't work on VW's". Than why are you named German Motors? Owner says "I know right " WTF!!!

I'm so glad to have found Ken to work on my older MBZ AMG. He knew exactly how to fix the things it needed (ABC suspension!) while not charging a fortune like the dealer would. He was able to go through the whole car diagnostically and after some repairs I'm loving the new message on my dash "No Malfunction" . With everything he did Ken went the extra mile. I can't recommend this shop highly enough! Thanks Ken.

Ken took great care of me and my BMW. He was very communicative, met the dates he said he would and did a few extra things that separate K&W from the other shops around. If you have a German car, skip the dealer and call Ken!
