Great experience getting my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned and dipped with Jewelry by Grace. I was referred to her by a friend who had been going to her for years. Grace is located in a store with multiple jewelers and her counter is directly to the right when you enter. You have to buzz a doorbell before you enter otherwise the door won't open. My husband dropped off my rings on a Saturday, and Grace let us know there was a little bit of a wait, so they would be ready on Tuesday. She promptly texted us on Tuesday that the rings were ready. My rings looks brand new! To clean and dip my two rings was $80, money well spent to refresh my favorite jewelry. I would definitely come back here in the future. She also does Jewelry repairs!

I purchased an Atoms clock May 2022 $955.00 through My Grace Estate Jewelry. My Grace Estate Jewelry was gracious enough to let me make payment arrangements and invoiced me through My Grace Estate Jewelry PayPal account. Final payment was made July 2022. Clock was not ready for shipping as it was being serviced. I had no problems with that. After 11 months and many times contacting/trying to contact My Grace Estate Jewelry, I have yet to receive the clock or refund. I am out $955.00.

I just received a unique, 3 stone ring from Jewels by Grace. I am a jewelry lover, and I was looking for a unique ring for a special birthday. Every interaction with Grace and her team was a joy. Grace is an amazing jeweler. I live in Northern California and still use Grace, despite having to ship, because she always makes great quality pieces and has extremely reasonable prices. She is my go-to jeweler. Grace listens to what I want and will make modifications necessary to make sure my vision comes to life. I really can't recommend her enough.

Don't go anywhere else! You won't be sorry. My whole family has been going to Grace for over 30 years. Seriously, my Mom, my Mother in law, my brothers and sisters in law, friends, cousins nieces (and we live all over the country). Between her quality, price, and design, you can't go wrong. Grace just made my daughter the most beautiful engagement and wedding ring set. She has designed many pieces for me. Her unique style and selectionis great.

Grace's quality and price cannot be matched. If you've seen something elsewhere, take a picture and show it to Grace, she can make it for you and you will not overpay. Grace has been doing my husband's family's jewelry for decades. I'm 10 years in with her pieces and all have held up perfectly. Bonus, Grace is an honest, hard working woman!

The best jeweler in the valley! I've been going to Grace for over a decade, and will be a customer for life! I live in San Diego now, but I still make the trip up whenever I'm in the market for a new piece. She has fabulous taste with a unique selection of jewelry to choose from. I have known Grace Ahn for many years. She has worked with my entire family; helping them with personal pieces of jewelry as well as birthday, anniversary and engagement surprises!! We have spread the word about this delightful woman who really listens to what you are asking for and then she finds it or designs it ! I don't remember ever being disappointed in her and her prices are far better than anywhere else in Los Angeles (and I've compared). My son recently called her from Colorado and discussed what he was looking for in an engagement ring for his girlfriend. Grace found the best diamond at literally half the price he was quoted in Colorado!!! Wow, was his girlfriend thrilled!! Grace truly is an honest and trustworthy woman and it is always a pleasure doing business with her!!!

Heavily marketed on Instagram with suggestions to message them for stone details and pricing. Their customer service is terrible, they don't read the messages in full and barely respond, such a waste time.

Knowing nothing about Jewelry, I was weary to go anywhere worried that I would be ripped off/taken advantage of. I wanted to get a small diamond necklace for my girlfriend and was referred to Grace by family. The whole process was seamless and I was able to get a beautiful, high quality, white gold necklace. I had been to some of the "Big Box" stores to browse, but just knew that the prices were marked up way too high. I sent Grace a picture of what my girlfriend was looking for, my budget, and was afraid I couldn't get it in time since it was so last minute. Luckily for me, I was taken care of every step of the way and the personable service is what made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. If you're looking for great service, value, and quality, then this is the place to go for your needs.

We have been shopping with Grace for many years. We have bought pieces from her collection, and have also had pieces custom made. Recently, Grace helped me transform my mothers original wedding set into a necklace. I have to say that it turned out even better than I expected, and was moderately priced as well!! She preserved the look of the original set and it also worked as a necklace. I love to recommend her to friends as she is gentle and fair and just a sweet person to be around. You should give her a visit.
