This place saved me in a pinch! My dress options for a wedding got delayed for delivery, so I ended up finding one in-store last minute and needed a 24 hour turnaround for a hem alteration.
Not only did they get me in at 8pm for my alteration but had 2 PIECES done for me by 1pm the next day. Yes there was a cost to the quick turnaround but so worth it for the convenience, reliability and quality of work. Will 100% be back, thank you!!!

Amazing work by a long time dry cleaners in Encino. Anything from alterations, to patches, and dry cleaning. Always fair turn around time and excellent work.

Very disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years and generally love the service even if it isn’t the cheapest option it’s very convenient and fast. But today I got taken for a ride. I was quoted one price and when I picked up they demanded nearly double once they saw it was an expensive item (designer blanket and pillow). Dishonest money grab. Of course they know you don’t want to leave a very expensive item there for long so you are forced to pay without any other option. Please be wary of any items of value there, they are unethical opportunists.

Total scam hidden fees. Fist time going. Last time ever going. I had a few shirts cleaned and a lab coat. Picked up and the lab coat alone was $14. I asked the price before I dropped off and it was not correct. They should of called and told me the cost of the lab coat the very least. Worst kind of company

Check your clothes before you leave. At times, they will just give it to you even if they can't get stains out. Wrapped in plastic like it's clean without telling you. And when you want to wear that shirt, you can't.

They lost a very expensive dress of mine. They claim they never received it and would not even try to come up with a solution. The person I talked to over the phone was extremely rude and uncoperative. He kept saying I was wrong. I advice you to stay away unless you want to lose garments in the process.

I wanted to try a new cleaners and since I live close by, heard good things about Hilltop and had a coupon I gave them a shot. Imagine my surprise when they charged me $38.00 to clean a sweater. When I asked why so expensive they told me because they had to clean it separate. Really?!?! I've had this sweater cleaned many times at other places and was charged around $10-$15. Then they had the nerve to charge me $28 for a simple, plain dress. My fault, I should have asked the prices beforehand but never did I think they would charge these exorbitant prices. Also, they were so rude! I'm never going back here again!

When this place just opened, few years ago, I took some white shirts there. They gave me a bunch of presents like a mug and calendar and smth else. When I picked up my shirts and brought it home, it was still dirty with the same stains but ironed. I thought it was someone's mistake and didn't get mad, I took it back and they promised to clean it. But guess what, second time I came to pick it up, it was still ironed and dirty like no one even touched it. Whatever. Now, maybe I don't know how many years later, like 5 or more I gave it another try because I just needed my outfit to be steamed. So guess what, they pressed it instead of steaming and now I'm going to the event in this "beautiful" trousers with the stripes in the middle. Because you should never trust people that work there and double check everything. I usually go to a different dry clean and never had a single issue. But this place is just WOW.

My brand new white shoes got completely destroyed after bright red hot sauce was poured all over them. I lost hope after trying to clean them myself, but my friend told me to take them to Hiltop! They were able to completely remove the stains. My shoes look 100% back to normal. I am so impressed & cannot thank them enough!

I had my suit jacket all messed up with my ex-girlfriend's makeup and it was wrapped up in a plastic bag for over 6 months. I was so scared that It wouldn't be possible to fully clean it. Finally, I decided to take a chance and bring it to Hilltop Cleaners to get it done. The jacket looks pristine! No complaints! I recommend them to anyone.
