Great store, great choices of shoes and very friendly and helpful staff! Rene is the best! I was looking for the perfect, most comfortable shoes and he helped me find them!! Definitely best place to get cute, quality shows!! Will come back in the summer for some sandals! ?

Renee was amazing I just walked in with my shoes that I had purchased recently that were causing me some problems. He quickly switched out my inserts and made my shoes so much more comfortable. Thank you!

I bought My wife 2 pairs of these shoes..one for work and the other for walking around doing errands..and she loves them... Rene at the Encino location was very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful...I'd definitely recommend
