I've been buying shoes here for quite a while. 2-4 pairs of Hokas every 6 or so months. I bought my last pair 45 days ago. Same size, same model. Unfortunately it rubs on my toe. Defective. When I brought the pair back into the store today I showed the salesperson the size of the shoe I was wearing - same model - and the one I was exchanging were the same but the new pair was smaller. I was told that the purchase was more than 30 days and that they would not accept the exchange. Very disappointing. I can't imagine buying from them again. Too many local competitors.

Noah was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable about what kind of shoe was best for me. He did not try to get me to buy anything I didn't want or need. It was a very pleasurable experience.

First off all the staff at fleet have always been helpful and very knowledgeable of the products in the store . The store was pretty busy went I visited this weekend but within a few minutes I was approached by staff with a friendly face. I really appreciated the through explanation of the different options given. I have been having pain in my heel and I asked about which sneaker might be recommended . I have to say I am extremely happy with my new shoes . My heel pain is gone and I have been wearing my new sneakers all weekend. I would most definitely recommend Fleet to everyone .

Very good experience. My sales person was knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. I took my time and wound up with a great pair of shoes. My only gripe is that the footpad that measures your walking was broken. So I felt a little cheated of having a complete experience. But other than that, I would recommend going here .

Mitch, the sales person who assisted me and my dad, gave us a level of attentive and personalized service that I don't think I have ever received anywhere, not even when buying a wedding dress. He was informative, did not rush or push us into anything, and he made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. I felt so completely satisfied with my purchases (and the fact that the foot pain I've been dealing with for almost a year and half has all but disappeared in a matter of days!), I brought my mom in the next day to get her own evaluation. Since my visit, I have told numerous friends about Fleet Feet and specifically Mitch. My only regret is that I didn't come in months ago!

Joe at Encino, was knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions regarding the Hoka Mach X. That was my third choice. First was Hoka Cielo, second Hoka Skyward last Hoka Mach X. Was able to purchase and leave to the side for my wife to pick up. Needed the running shoes last minute for my training. Thank you much Joe
