Encino Open MRI is a fantastic group of professionals providing a smooth and professional experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming, very friendly, and nice, which makes the visit much more comfortable for patients. The center is clean and easy to find. Appointments can be easily booked on the first phone call, and the process from booking to receiving reminders is seamless and efficient. Everything runs on time with no delays. A key benefit is the fast service, guaranteeing appointments within 24 hours and reports from Board Certified Radiologists within 48 hours. This allows for a diagnosis and treatment plan to be accommodated faster. For those who are claustrophobic or not a fan of MRIs, the open MRI design is much better, offering space to breathe with open sides and free arms, though the machine can be close to the face for head scans. The technicians are wonderful, keeping patients informed and comfortable the entire time. The service and customer care are highly recommended for anyone looking for an MRI in the Los Angeles or Sherman Oaks area.
Great staff, super friendly. Dr Stanton Kremsky’s report was very detailed and extremely helpful. Just make sure you call and ask for the report yourself. Mine took a week to show up in UCLA MyChart. I wish I could have been more proactive and obtained the report sooner
