This review is mostly because of Starbucks, I love my coffee, however every morning up until about 10 am this particular Starbucks in this shopping mall is the slowest, with no sense of hospitality. There is a team member, I believe Skyler completely ignores the guests and sometimes does not wear a name tag, so it took me a while to know the name. Guests can stand there for at least a solid 15 minutes without a single acknowledgment or just mere curiosity out of a team member to ask, "Are you waiting on an order?" Or anything along those lines. There are a few employees and I mean A FEW possibly 2 one Martha and the other I do not remember seeing a name tag but wonderful service, so very lucky when they are on shift. If you go in later in the day, after 2 pm, no one, absolutely no one has cleaned, swept, or even bothered to just wipe down the sitting area. I feel compelled to finally write about this Starbucks because I order daily, I spend at least $11 up to $20 a day here, and while I love giving chances, someone has to do something, and people are spending a good amount of money for terrible service. Maybe screening employees better, and hiring more people like Martha would help elevate the service. Lastly, I order ahead daily at least 15min before and my order will still not be ready, then either items are consistently not available or every item is removed from online ordering, why do they run out so often, why is online ordering off randomly in the middle of the week?..it is a hassle to have to drive further just to find another Starbucks that can have what I order available. I hope this changes, this is my closest Starbucks to work, and I want to continue to enjoy my favorite drink daily, it is one of the best parts of my morning routine. I appreciate the time of whoever takes the time to read through this, I know it's a lot but someone had to say it.As for the rest of the Plaza just stay alert in the parking lot, many people just don't pay attention to their surroundings when backing up.

The once vibrant and enjoyable ambiance of this marketplace has significantly waned, primarily due to the departure or coerced exit of my cherished favorites, a result of the exorbitant rent hikes imposed by Caruso management. Consequently, my enthusiasm for visiting this location has diminished considerably. It's disheartening to witness the decline of a plaza that was once an integral part of my family's routine.A chance encounter with their management a few years ago was far from pleasant, exacerbating the sense of disappointment I feel towards the company's approach. It's truly regrettable how their attitude and decisions are tarnishing the reputation of what was once a thriving hub within this charming little city we call home.

Got my wallet stolen and these thieves went to the CVS pharmacy and use my credit/debit cards to make purchases. I went right away to speak to the security to inform them and make report. They really did not even care to assist me and were more interested on CVS closing up so they could just go home. I called corporate the next day to follow up as they told me that they could only check surveillance after I made a police report but it turns out that the two securities didn't even bother making a report that night so the lady from corporate was just being rude and careless. She refuses to even check the cameras on that night so I can at least get car details or plates of the thieves. I was truly disappointed on the way they treated me. They claim on there site that their priority is the safety and well being of the people on the property. Honestly they need to check up on the security, I tried speaking to one of them a few days later and they were acting real suspicious running and hiding from car to car during the shift. I don't know what that was about but great job fellas.

Great place to get together with the family within a nice safe environment. Has 24/7 security. Things to do here while you can go to Starbucks relax by The fountain and also have a nice meal from sweetgreens. The food is very delicious from there! I always recommend getting what the employees recommend!

The parking situation is always weird when the businesses are booming. Looking at it you would think it's big and good but every time it seems like a cluster . Maybe other than the main straight lane it's just not laid out in an ideal manner for flowing traffic.
