Hello! We were torn over what color to paint our house, and color consultant Dilni Peiris did a FABULOUS job helping us decide. She even photoshopped the facade in three colors, so we could choose. She went above and beyond in many ways! First, she asked to photoshop the most complicated side of our home. We're on a hill, so one side is a tiny, flat surface, but the back is two stories with balconies, and that's the one she wanted to work with, even though it was clearly much more labor intensive. She also was incredibly patient with our endless questions and visits (thank you!!!). And everyone in the store was kind and very helpful. And (okay, sorry if this is weird) they have the best in-store music playlist ever! Great experience, thanks to everyone especially Dilni! Andrea Drever, Sherman Oaks

There is an exceptional color consultant at this store, Dilni Peiris. She spent over an hour and a half on two occasions with us to ensure we got to the exact right shade of dark grey for our home. Love this store. Everyone was kind and helpful

There is an arrogant manager. It doesn't provide good service. Apart from the fact that he is obviously slow to work, he told me that he doesn't have the time to attend to me. Appalling. Thanks to the cashier, he took good care of me.
But the manager leaves a lot to be desired.

DUNN-EDWARDS PAINTS in Encino is easy to find and easy to get into. They have their own free parking lot with plenty of available spaces.The people are friendly and helpful, but did not hover. I was able to take my time choosing the right shade of "white". Boring, I know, but I was surprised by how many there are.I was able to narrow down my choices and take home the card samplers to show my contractor, who was then able to get small samples for testing.Very convenient. My project is done and I am very happy with the way the color turned out.Now that it's time for another painting project...

Very bad service. I ordered 5 gallons of paint, and finished 1st coat and came to order 2nd 5 gallons of paint to finish 2nd coat. The paint din not match 1st coat and I lost money which I paid to painters. For 1 day painting. Very unprofessional. Buyers be aware of this location in Encino

The cashier was helpful and nice but unfortunately they didn't have what I need. This store caters mostly to big restoration jobs not so much for smaller ones.

Walked in needed some rollers to paint some Patchwork we did on a sign I was expecting to spend about $15 my bill came out to $7.91 with two rollers 1 paint brush and a paint pan the lady that was there was very accommodating I usually get their name but I couldn't remember hers seems to be Filipino
