Mixed Experience - 3/5 Stars
I have had a mixed experience at this CVS location. The reason I rated it 3/5 instead of 5/5 is due to a specific security guard who is an African American lady. My family and I have been coming to this CVS for over five years, and recently, my daughter and her friends went inside to get their ears pierced.
While they were innocently walking around, taking photos, and doing what teenage girls do, the security guard followed them around the entire time, accusing them of trying on products. However, Pre and Adriana in the beauty department provided excellent service, and my daughters loved their ear piercings. These two women always go above and beyond when I visit the beauty/skincare section Mary and Luis has been great as well.
I have experienced the security guard following me, taking photos, and staring at me as well. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable, but for her to make my little girl and her friends cry and feel discriminated against is the reason why I am considering going to another CVS on Ventura and Louise instead.
As a customer, I should feel safe and comfortable when I go into CVS. I don't want to feel like a suspect when I have been an innocent customer for all these years. The security guard's behavior has been unacceptable, and she needs to go. Until then, I cannot recommend this location.

What a terrible experience I had today, I just wanted to buy some nails and when trying to find my correct size, the employee Bernadette was very rude and arrogant, pedantic with me, then the other cashier PATY told me that I had opened the box of nails and that I had put my nails on, because the other employee BERNADETTE said so, they are completely false and slanderous crazy people, people like that should not work. with clients

They did it again! Since my last review, I needed another medication, and my MD had this CVS number in my file. I looked up GoodRx and sent my wife to pick it up necause i was incapacited. The GoodRx price is for this med $10.60. But they chanred her $32.28 and told her it the price for goodRx gold that i have. Another case of greed, decietfulness. They just don't care many of us on fixed income shouldn't be short changed and cheated.

i was shopping today my cashier name was "Bernadette" I bought nearly 400 dollars I asked her to put everything in the bag she put half in the bag and left the rest in register When I called her to put the rest in bag , she threw the bag towards me and spoke with attitude & left the register!!!! It is clear that she hates her job and does not know customer service at all

Female Pharmacist Aylin Abed was incredibly rude and dismissive. She lied about not being able to take a health savings card stating it was “illegal” to do so despite me using it at two other CVS locations previously with no issue. This is flat out untrue, and as a physician with a DEA license myself, I am very disappointed with her poor demeanor and exploitation of a long time customer at this location.

One of the main pharmacist is so rude. Every time I go she has an attitude if I knew her name I would call it out on here. She’s one of the younger ones and her attitude is absolutely horrific.

Literally the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been to. Customer service is awful. Communication is a mess. Wait times are absurd. Have waited more than 8 hours to have them fill a simple prescription. Just a disaster. Avoid.

My closest friend unfortunately passed away and today 1/12/24 I was came to pick up collage posters I made for the memorial service. I was blessed to have come across Maria who helped me in the photo department. One of the posters came out in poor quality due to me enlarging the picture. Maria was quick to find a resolve and went above and beyond. Bernadette was also a great help. They deserve a raise!

Absolute tr@$h works here! Just left the store 12/30/23 at approx 8pm-8:30pm and the male cashier and female manager had such disgustingly rude behavior. I've read the previous reviews about this branch's employee behavior and I couldn't agree more! Will not be shipping at cvs anymore
