This complain is centered around racial profiling. I am a female with African American ancestry.I entered the store around 5:45 PM on February 29, 2024, to return a make up item , I had originally purchased from another CVS, pharmacy.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a Caucasian woman of Eastern European descent she immediately started following me around the store, although there were other customers in the store in fact, about medium crowd, I was the only African American so it is easy to see why I became her target.I went to the make up department and made my exchange since I was not seeking a refund only an exchanged. I was told the funds would be returned to my card and I can make another purchase has that’s store policy on return items.During my time in the store she literally followed me around the store at one point she asked me “did I need any help” ,I told her no but thanks anyway.Just as I was about to finish my shopping after doing my return transaction and getting some snack she summoned the security ,implying that I was stealing. Security came she pointed at me telling him that I was stealing.He immediately blocked the door . When she realized that I had the make up item in my hand she told the security never mind . She didn’t even had the decency to offer any apology. She went on to tell the cashier I stole item and as such my refund was never credited back to my card as promised.This blatant infringement of my human rights and dignity due to the color of my skin, is unacceptable.I request you review your security camera to verify that what I am saying is absolutely correct.I am demanding a written apology and said worker be reprimanded.Sincerely,Katena

Women at the pharmacy is so rude. When I talked to a manager and they said yea she’s always like that. So sad to see such a mean person working in a healthcare service

Somehow the pharmacist thinks they are a Dr. and will not fulfill perscriptions due to some made up protocol, its quite strange oh well. Bye CVS. 10/23 *News Flash* -> CVS sells their data to the gov, all of you have a file now.

The two men who were just working (black men in 30s?) were very kind and helpful to me as I was rushing to make my flight. I wasn’t expecting that this late at night so thank you.

This is my favorite CVS of all ! Jason the manager is AWESOME The pharmacy staff is so nice and efficient. Sean in the pharmacy is always happy to provide excellent customer service! The store is well stocked and clean !

Have to give 5 stars to Lexi in the beauty department. I went in looking to replace my daily on the go foundation and she approached me to ask if I needed help. Of course I accepted her help since I am no expert at this and knowing there are no testers at cvs . She was very knowledgeable and really understanding at what I was looking for. I was impressed that when I got home after making my purchase of the items she helped me with, the color of my foundation was perfect for me and i loved the sheer sunscreen too! If I did this on my own I know I would've picked the wrong shade of foundation and never gotten the sunscreen which is super important. So glad she was there to get exactly what I needed and also had a pleasant visit .

The worst pharmacist and pharmaceutic ever some of the pharmacist barely understand English and they confuse with drugs. If you can avoid this location, please do terrible unrespectable place.

The lady wirh glasses and gages that works upfront and likes to accuse people of stealing should really get fired, she accused me of stealing while marching around with her hands in her two front pockets as if signals aren't enough harassment. Freaking idiot and doesn't do anything besides stand there

I gave the pharmacy 5 stars 2 mos ago when I started going there. Recently I've had major issues with them. Terrible communication with them! New people? Don't know but I'm going to find a new pharmacist The store side is good. Not the pharmacy

Came in to purchase a face wash and was approached by lexi and I’m so happy she did. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. She even gave me some samples of other products that could potentially help me as well. Amazing customer service, thank you Lexi!

Made an appointment to get flu and Covid booster at the CVS Ventura and Louise in Encino. I showed up on time and they kept me waiting 25 minutes Mind you there weren't any other patients and the pharmacy wasn't busy. They Just couldn't be bothered. What's the point of making an appointment???????? .
