This pharmacy consistently has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only are they rude, condecending and mean, they have on occasion given me inaccurate dosing information. It is no wonder CVS was written up in a recent LA Times story as one of the chains that makes serious prescription errors each year. The employees at this Encino location clearly hate their jobs and have no regard for their customers. latimes.com/business/sto…

They have the worst customer service here! I came to exchange some makeup that I ordered online and the seal was broken! Straight up without even trying tohelp, the cashier said I may not get the money back because I only paid $1 and change for it -- mind you, it was because I have the care pass that I pay monthly for and I used that money I paid for to pay for this item. She made it seem like I'm getting it for free and started being combative with me. I asked her to relax! At the end she said she couldn't complete the transaction because I had to have the original payment card with me. I canceled the whole purchase. Just a waste of time coming here!

Went to CVS today, there's a worker I've never seen at this location and he was so friendly and his energy was just fantastic not only to me but the two customers in front of me. I believe his name was Jason. Just wanted to let the management know it was a great experience.

The new pharmacist Sonia is verbally abusive towards the patients and her staff. She was supposed to give me medication consultation on my new heart medications but when she came she went off on her pharmacy cashier followed by going off on me. Absolutely unprovoked. My teenage daughter was with me who got really intimidated so we just took it and didn't say anything. This cvs is behind our house. I know cvs overworks and underpays their staff but that is not good enough of reason for a pharmacist to behave abusively towards everyone. Sonia needs to leave or CVS should let her go.

I really love coming to this specific cvs pharmacy. The employees are so nice and helpful. The pharmacist that helped me today really was a life saver for my future prescription needs. Would highly recommend coming here for your prescription needs.

Have to give 5 stars to Lexi in the beauty department. I went in looking to replace my daily on the go foundation and she approached me to ask if I needed help. Of course I accepted her help since I am no expert at this and knowing there are no testers at cvs . She was very knowledgeable and really understanding at what I was looking for. I was impressed that when I got home after making my purchase of the items she helped me with, the color of my foundation was perfect for me and i loved the sheer sunscreen too! If I did this on my own I know I would've picked the wrong shade of foundation and never gotten the sunscreen which is super important. So glad she was there to get exactly what I needed and also had a pleasant visit .

I gave the pharmacy 5 stars 2 mos ago when I started going there. Recently I've had major issues with them. Terrible communication with them! New people? Don't know but I'm going to find a new pharmacist The store side is good. Not the pharmacy

Made an appointment to get flu and Covid booster at the CVS Ventura and Louise in Encino. I showed up on time and they kept me waiting 25 minutes Mind you there weren't any other patients and the pharmacy wasn't busy. They Just couldn't be bothered. What's the point of making an appointment???????? .

Two weeks ago, my wife went to pick up a canvas picture which she spent so many hrs to make at CVS on Louise and Ventura Blvd in Encino around 8:20pm. Got an email confirmation that it's ready for pick up. When she got there the picture was not there nor couldn't find her order number in the system. She asked for a manager for assistance. My wife showed him the confirmation email. He went off on her and told her "the picture is not here and have to order again!!!Do you understand? " with the bad attitude in front of other customers. She came out upset and crying. I went in to see what happened. Shift manager went off on me as well and using F words. I was politely asking for explanations. He made many antisemitic remarks while looking at my yamaka and lowering his mask. I think he was on drugs or something. I don't even know how he passed his background check. He was about to hit me. I was keep going backwards and I told him I hope there is a camera here! I felt so embarrassed and publicly humiliated in front of other customers. I asked him for a corporate number. He was about to write it down but ripped the paper and told me to call 1800 shop CVS!!!! Then he called me a coward for not fighting him as I was shaking and leaving the store for being afraid for my life. I'm a health care professional and a proud orthodox Jew who lived in this neighborhood for many years. Shopped at CVS all the time and never had such horrific experience. Called customer service and talked to several people from CVS's corporate office which no action was taken so far and my complaints were ignored the fact that I was verbally abused, almost got hit if I was not going backwards, and all because I was Jewish!!!! By not following up and not taking any action, let me to believe that CVS also has the same anti-Semitic vision. This not 1920's and we don't leave in Germany! It's happening in our own neighborhood. This is really upsetting that we can't walk into to a store without feeling safe. I got a called from the store manager several days later that the photo is ready and no charge to shut me up! All of a sudden the order was magically found? Why the store manager didn't want to help us that night. So disgusting...Antisemitism has no place in the world! I will continue sharing my experience on social media, our synagogues and encourage everyone to boycott CVS and not shop at this anti-Semitic company!

Horrible customer service experience! We came CVS Encino pharmacy to pick q few things listed on-sale in their weekly CVS advertisement. While we were paying we asked a staff member, Rosa for their weekly ad paper and she said they don't have any available and when I asked when they will have any she said " I dont know!" in a very unprofessional way.

Staff is nice if you're nice. Everyone is cool and understanding. Pharmacy is doing its best with their understaffed situation. Everyone who is complaining on here that its bad, usually is the person initiating the agression on the employees. (Seen it first hand). People forget to understand that if you treat people with kindness and respect (and not act entitled) those actions will be reciprocated. They're not just dealing with you, they're dealing with everyone in that area and its a f****** massive CVS. So yea chill out, and get a grip.
