Shemi Brando goes out of her way to provide the lowest level of service she can provide. I have received better customer service at the Department of Motor Vehicles. She took over 35 min to make a deposit (which she could not do) On my final visit at this s*** hole bank I have been waiting for over 17 minutes for the teller to cash my check. This Bank is a f****** joke. Do not bank here.

S*** bank that charges 2.50 every 15 minutes to tell me they don't have the funds to cash my check.

They made me for more than half an hour to cash a check drawn from their bank. I guess the cash drawer was low. This place is horrible.

Don't come to this location. Save yourself the headache and money. They're not open to the public. They don't have the courtesy to update their information. I came here because my employer banks with this bank, not me, heck no. I googled for their nearest locations and made the erroneous mistake to come to this one in Encino. To my surprise they're not a banking branch, this is a loan processing office people. Oh and they charge you to park in their parking lot. Thanks for nothing!
