THIS BANK LETS YOU KNOW YOU'RE POOR I'm standing in line to deposit my check. and a higher up bank officer approaches asks if she could help while I'm standing in line. I told her I have to deposit a check she asked how much it was for? I said it was for $300.She rolls her eyes and tells me she can't help me and keeps walking. I guess we wasted both of each other's time lol.

Daniel Franco is a horrible worker there. He wrote a false report about a transaction and submitted without approving it with me first if it is true or not. I asked him to fix it since it is false info and he said it is too late and it has been submitted. I will be reporting him and i will be switching over to another bank. Ive been with Chase for many years than i can remember but this kind of negligence is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. We were given the run around and horrific attitude. Spent the day driving from location to location after being turned away from our own appointment. There are bankers walking around and chatting but apparently they are "too busy to help". So lazy and ridiculous. Choosing a different bank spelt based on our experience here today.

I am a busy man with multiple Private Banking accounts with them. They never answer the phone! Recently, they called and text me to show-up in person, told me it has to do with my CD. When I came there was a woman there trying to UPSELL me to their credit card! I was upset, disappointed and couldn't believe that they lure you in to sell you a stupid new credit card. SHAME!

I am a banking member with Chase and they wouldn’t even allow me to use their restroom. Poor service to their clients. I was very disappointed in them.

I was told by Chase bank to take a check that had been rejected by online deposit for an unreadable image into the bank to try again. So I did and the teller accepted it and told me it would be held until the 7th. BOTH times chase had accepted the check, then rejected it because the image wasn’t good enough. Even when they had the physical check at the bank. Nothing wrong with the funds but it ended up bouncing! I was given numerous incorrect information that led to me being on the phone and then in the bank for hours and spending days stressing over this, begging for them to help put right their error. They never should have told me to bring the check in again as this resulted in a duplicate and the bank had initially accepted the check and then changed their mind?? The only person who tried to help me was the assistant VP of the bank and even he couldn’t get them to resolve it. I ended up waiting for the check to be re issued while I had to pay damage control to transactions coming out of my account because that money had initially been approved and was there. Mind you, this was a $12,000 check. A check that wasn’t even a problem because of a funds issue. Literally screw Chase for making so many errors and putting me out so terribly. They never even took accountability and the reps on the phone just kept turfing me off to someone else until I was in tears. Big middle finger to Chase all around!!

I don't write reviews but this one feels necessary. This branch use to be super customer service friendly. It's been a few times now that customer service is lacking work ethic and totally lazy. Unhappy people should not be in the business of serving people or pretend and smile for fu€£ sake, it'll even make you feel better.

Always a line a few tellers, plenty of “money makers” sitting around doing nothing w live customers at branch just not money takers.

They close the branch without any notification, and they give you no access to safe deposit box. This has happened many times in last couple of weeks. Their excuse is AC not working.
