It's very interesting that this lab has such good reviews - maybe they're okay just for Covid tests, I don't know. All I know is that this is the most disorganized lab I've ever experienced. A couple weeks or so ago I received a bill from this lab that I paid in May 2021 - almost a year ago! I checked my bank and there was a check that was cashed FROM THIS LAB with a picture of the check. I called the lab and the lady that picked up asked me to text her a picture of the bill and the check and she would let me know if they can reconcile the balance. I did that and after a week heard nothing. Texted her to ask for an update, again heard nothing. I called the lab again and the same lady abruptly said "I'm not the billing person, call this number". I called the number and left a voicemail. Didn't get a call back. Now the last thing I want is for them to bill me AGAIN so I went to the physical office. Talked to that same lady and she said "sorry I wasn't able to get to it yet". Um... you had over a week to check ONE BILL and I even texted you for an update and you can't even respond? Then she said that her billing person is sick and that's why there's a delay. Soooo if one person is sick your entire billing department just ceases to exist? I could tell that she was making excuses - she was apologetic but the truth is that this bill was from 2019!! So I got services from them in 2019 but they didn't bill me until 2021 and then lost the record that I paid but cashed the check anyways! This is more than just one person being sick recently - this is a sign that this business is shady and doesn't keep accurate records of their clients. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE.

An amazing laboratory always so helpful and kind! I've gone there a few times now and everyone there is very kind! They are always very gentle and having sensitive arms I appreciate that. The great thing is that they are very prompt with getting results back in a timely manner! Honestly one of the best labs I've been too! Thank you to the Dr'S and staff for their excellence and kindness!

I’ve never seen a lab go above and beyond like Care Bio. I’ve had great experiences doing blood work here as well as COVID testing. Their lab takes every proper sanitary measure. They have impeccable customer service and are very knowledgeable. My results were in my hands in 24 hrs! Would definitely return and recommend friends/family. If you have a needle phobia, don’t stress, they know exactly what they’re doing and you won’t feel a thing!

I had an amazing experience bringing in my mother and I for COVID testing here. The staff were friendly, quick to provide information and had our results within 24 hours. The quickest turn around I have experience and expert care. Highly recommended. 10/10 would visit again for all my testing needs

I've never seen a lab go above and beyond like Care Bio. I've had great experiences doing blood work here as well as COVID testing. Their lab takes every proper sanitary measure. They have impeccable customer service and are very knowledgeable. My results were in my hands in 24 hrs! Would definitely return and recommend friends/family. If you have a needle phobia, don't stress, they know exactly what they're doing and you won't feel a thing!

I was always afraid of needles and a few years ago I had a scary experience at the hospital and other labs due to a sickness I had and I when I came into this office i was extremely nervous but the laboratory staff made me feel welcomed and and helped me relax because I was nervous. I had a quick and easy blood drawn with no pain along with a great relaxing conversation with one of the laboratory staff. It changed my feeling for future blood drawns. I will recommend to get blood drawn here if you're scared of needles or for any other reason :)

Lovely man working there who took me right in and gave me an antibiody test, which I will get back tomorrow. You can get covid tested there as well. Highly recommend!

This is a smaller laboratory that a family friend of mine recommended for Covid testing. It was very easy they were very friendly and quick they had me in and out call. I had other experiences at other labs where I had to wait for over an hour before they tested me but at this lab I was able to get the test done in 10 minutes and the results got back to in half an hour away.

Exceptionally competent laboratory, I had a best experience with this facility, both blood draw and fast results. I highly recommend this lab. Very friendly staff and fast service. My kids only would trust the lady phlebotomists at this lab.
